The worst Taco Bell experience of my entire life. Waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes to pick-up my order placed on their app. Given no explanation on why we were waiting for so long. After great anticipation our order is finally ready, only to be made incorrectly and having missing items. The Manager wasn't helpful, I'd say even rude during the whole conversation. I'm ashamed to call myself a TBell fan after this experience. For the love of God, please do better. Not just for me, an unhappy customer, but for all of your customers wanting their own successful Taco Bell experience.

Spent $35.00 to feed my family. Part of my order was missing. When I called them, they laughed and hung up on me. I tried calling every day for a week, and no one would answer. I finally got through today and was told they would not replace the order. I asked for the district manager's info and was told they didn't have that information. This location will not get my business again.
