This review is mixed. Absolutely loved the chicken pot pie. All thought it tasted great! We also bought a couple of desserts: the spiced pumpkin roll and the Caramel Apple Coffee cake. Unfortunately not that great. Our opinion is the pumkin roll frosting to cake ratio was off. Way too much frosting thus resulting in an overly sweet dessert. The caramel apple coffee cake was too dry. Prime rib dinner went great and the only left overs were the 2 desserts. All that being said, we previously ordered a cake that was delicious. Still thumbs up in our opinions.

The donuts are the best! However, was disappointed in the carrot cake. Very dry and definitely could have used more icing. I have had the sheet cake before and it was awesome so I was sad to find the carrot cake sub par.

I was really looking forward to trying Taylor’s after reading so many positive reviews. I was especially excited about the cupcakes, but unfortunately, they didn’t live up to the hype. The cupcake itself was dry and crumbly, and the buttercream was overly sweet and quite dense.
When I visit a bakery, I expect the desserts to taste fresh and clearly stand apart from store-bought alternatives but that just wasn’t the case here. To be honest, I’ve had better cupcakes from packaged brands like Walmart and Kroger. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

…extremely unprofessional and rude- I own a business and was going to be using them for an upcoming arrangement- rather than attending to me as a customer, they were snickering and whispering amongst one another- huge HUGE loss!!!! you have NO IDEA- never again!

Taylor’s Bakery is fantastic! My co-worker placed an order for a colleagues birthday today. He realized he had accidentally placed the order for tomorrow instead. This was a special cake with a printed image and Yolanda and her team were able to get it put together last minute for us. The cake was delicious and the service was top notch. Would definitely recommend for your next event!

She and her staff have created countless birthday cakes for our family. 11 years ago she did a beautiful wedding cake for our son Eric and his wife Molly. Everybody enjoyed.The special cookies that they have in the bakery are so fun. My little cousin Gabe loves them when I send these cookies down to him. Taylors Bakery is the only bakery that I will ever go to.

Went in to purchase a small treat with my toddler, but they don’t have any plastic utensils? Was told to walk across the street to McAllisters. The dessert was good, but why sell baked goods for takeaway but not provide utensils?

This is my second time having a cupcake from this location. First time was amazing. Second time it was not so good…dry and falling apart, but perhaps it was because I came the day after Fourth of July and they weren’t open on Fourth of July so maybe it was two days old. My daughter loves their yeast donuts but not a fan of the cake donuts. Staff is usually friendly!
