Consistent problems with their draft beer. Taps are broken, lines are down, distributor didn’t bring x beer. Not sure what’s causing these consistent issues, it’s been a problem for the last 6 months.
Someone has also decided that the area the bartenders use to distribute drinks to the rest of the restaurant is also a guest seat at the bar. Because someone really wants to give up 3/4s of the bar top in front of them, where their food and drink should go, to drinks waiting to be served and with constant waitstaff coming and going, brushing against you? Get a better workflow or lose the guest seat. Don’t torture your staff and your guests.
Guests at the bar are also not just given bread, contrary to every other Texas Roadhouse in the region. The server asks and then takes forever to bring it over.

Food was a little salty. All 4 of us had the same complaint.
Visited by using wait list. It was extremely busy but they got us in fairly quickly. We had a concert to go to, so that was important. Great service and great food.

A little loud but, if you like country music, maybe it's your thing. They are always fast and great service. Never had a bad experience. Plus you can pay at the table now on a device.
Terrible service after we were sitting at a table they did not want to serve other guests for my daughter's 15th birthday party. It was 9pm and the salmon restaurant did not want to open another table for 4 more people. The food was very good but the employees did not provide the best service.

Never have I ever had such a terrible cut of prime rib. It was tough and grissly, to the extent that I had to spit out 2 bites in my napkin. The rolls were excellent, of course, and the salad was fine, but even the baked potato was not great. The front desk staff were excellent, as was our server. Manager kept cruising by for us to vacate our table, and said only sorry she’d tell her boss when I told her of the poor prime rib quality. It’s too busy in there to have a relaxing dinner the couple of times I’ve been there, and I have no desire to go back.

Wonderful place to celebrate. Our server Kala was amazing. We ordered bone-in ribeyes which was made to perfection. Service was surprisingly fast considering how packed it was. This location does not disappoint.
