I ate there for the first time last night. It was amazing! The apps were delicious. The shaved Brussel sprouts salad with chicken was perfect. The s’mores dessert literally was the best dessert I have ever had! This coming from a true fat kid. Justin our server was beyond and so kind. Thank you so much ! I cannot wait to come back.

We were running a little behind due to the horrendous traffic, but we called and the hostess was so kind, understanding, and assured me all would be fine. Jessica and Grant (server) were both attentive and personable. The Lobster Cargot is absolutely fabulous! The old fashioned was made to perfection. The only issue was the sausage flatbread- it arrived much later than anticipated (we were informed), but it was kind of doughy. After a quick trip through the air fryer it crisped nicely for a lunch snack. We will definitely be back.

Waiter was excellent , knowledgeable of menu items. Had escargot, and lobster cargot as appetizers, they were fantastic as was the breadsticks. We both had the salmon, was a generous portion, cooked perfectly. Garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus were excellent . Had 2 mocktails, both were great, but I thought overpriced for a non-alcohol beverage. The complimentary cheesecake for wife's birthday was above average portion, and really good. Waiter was uncertain of whether the restaurant offered a discount for military veterans, by the time he found out the bill was tabulated, so I just said forget it so we could leave. Great dinner with 2 signature appetizers, and 2 mocktails and 25% tip was $212, which for this level of a quality restaurant was very good. We will be back, great food, and atmosphere.

The hostess wasn't exactly welcoming, and quite frankly could have presented herself a little better. The first person a guest sees when walking in a restaurant should have a polished appearance, she looked like she just rolled out of bed. Lights should be dimmed, especially when the restaurant is half empty. Just doesn't feel welcoming. Again. Food wasn't bad, but nothing I would qualify as outstanding. Drinks were good, but took so long to get them that we had already finished our starters before we even got our first sip. Overall score: ok. Not terrible, not great, just ok.

My friend came into town, I've been to your restaurant several times, I specifically brought her here because we heard about your gluten free menu and my friend has a gluten free diet, we loved that fact that there was a separate menu and she didn't have to figure out what to take out of any of the meals. Kaitlyn was our server tonight and she was amazing. Not only was she knowledgeable but she also gave amazing recommendations!! She was very attentive and made my friend and I super comfortable. These are the types of experiences that make me want to be a repeat customer. Escargot is delicious, the new braised beef on the menu was Devine and to end the night with a s'mores moose cake and espresso martini was the move.

Another fabulous dinner at HC! Our family loves dining here. My mother is blind and we like to sit upstairs by the elevator. They always accommodate us with no problem. Our waitress was so personable and prompt. We look forward to going back for another great experience. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience here for our wedding anniversary. I have wanted to try this place for years after seeing someone else's lobster cargot photo! Plenty of parking. Inside is decorated nicely and is very open. We went on a weekday for lunch. The vibe was casual enough to dress down for lunch. The lunch and dinner menu are the same. Our server, Kristen I believe, was amazing. I never had to ask for a drink refill. The food was all amazing. I consider myself a foodie and this is one of the best meals I have had in Indy! If you are a steak lover, you will be pleased and truly appreciate the Spinalis.

The entry is small and crowded. Group of 6 was blocking hostess desk. Hostess was so focused on her computer that she had no idea we entered. Then her manager walked up with another staff person. They too were too focused to look up or greet us. Even after the group of 6 was on their way to their table, I had to greet the hostess staff to get their attention. Between 3 staff, someone should have said hello at least. The front of house sets the tone for the experience - please remember that. Service at table was slow but pleasant.

Beautiful full bar, seating is spaced nicely so people are not seated on top of one another, food was delicious and cooked perfectly as requested (Steak Diane and Prime Rib). Dessert was phenomenal...s'mores mousse cake left us wanting more. Staff was wonderful, Justin our waiter was knowledgeable, attentive, funny and a great photographer snapping us a few photos for our anniversary. The sweet card was a special added touch that we truly appreciated. We most definitely will return again.
