My only complaint is that I made our reservation for 6pm and we didn't not get seated until closer to 6:20pm. This resulted in us only having time for a drink - which was delicious and our server was amazing! We had a seat next to the fireplace which was perfect for the snowy cold weather. I hesitate to book here again unless plans are flexible but otherwise great experience!

First visit... parking is bad. Put us at a table in back room with what appeared to be overflow table. Ordered Pops old fashioned... the bitters and orange muddle left bits and sour overwhelmed what was advertised as Angle Envy( I think they used house bourbon, as it was rye variant). We had pork chop which was excellent. Short Rib was dry... really dry. The meal was similar to a Firebirds... at 1.5 the price.

We had a party at five. My daughter's fried chicken came out 15 minutes before anybody else's food. While the lobster roll in a meatloaf, got five stars, the steak and sides that my daughter and I were splitting were less than a one star. The steak was dry and overcooked. There wasn't an ounce of moisture coming out of that steak and it was supposed to be cooked, medium rare. The sides for ice, cold and undercooked as well. This is the second time in a month. I've been to a Huse reataurant with the subpar results. We won't be dining in your restaurant anymore.

As always this Huse Culinary property did a fantastic job! Service, food & drinks were outstanding. Especially the cocktails that were made with Hiatus Tequila!! I'll be back very soon!!!
HCTK was very good. They accommodated my gluten and dairy intolerance very well. The only thing I was bummed about was the lack of sauce. Their steak sauce has wheat, soy AND dairy, so I wasn't able to use it. Overall, I could cut the steak with a butter knife, the asparagus was great. The shrimp cocktail was delicious and so spicy! My espresso martini was great, too. Overall great experience, just bummed about the steak sauce.

The Lobster “Cargot” was phenomenal. Only real complaint is the length of time it took to serve the drinks from the bar - a place like this should have a better system to prevent such delays.

We went to “brunch” yesterday (starts at 11 full lunch menu available) for my wife's birthday and walked in and instantly knew this had threaded the needle. Amazing live piano player in the background. Food and environment which is upscale but not so pretentious everyone is nervous. Service was impeccable, a couple of execution mistakes on the food but that's me being picky. Everything that wasn't perfect was noticed and a solution offered. Well done to the HC Tavern staff and our striking server.
