I was in the fence: 4 or 5 stars? The first impression wasn’t great - the sign was only half lit so the restaurant name looks like “oost” instead of The Roost. Inside the booth space was a bit tight. My ‘healthy’ friend had to push the table to feel comfortable. And overall just seemed slightly used. However, when I tasted the “Huevos Divorcé” i had to go 5 stars. Two Crispy corn tortillas, spread with refried beans and topped with an over-medium egg that was perfectly...
My favorite breakfast spot. I wish I could go every weekend. I usually find one thing on the menu and always order it. The only problem I have with The Roost, is all of the delicious food. Everything I have had is good. Always hard to decide what I want.
