Google has it listed as open. My wife and I drove 35 min to come here because it's one of her favorite restaurants. Once we arrived we discovered they are closed (temporarily) this was on 02/14/2024

I'm from orlando and was so happy to see a Tijuana Flats here. I eat here often since living here, but for some reason the last 2 times I've ordered here in this last month everything is different. both times the food was ice cold, but what makes me sad is the flavors are all different. the beef is seasoned differently and tastes like the taco season you get at the grocery store, the queso is very different and even the seasoning on the chips is way saltier. oh and not to mention stale. and the taco shells are now smaller, not the traditional Tijuana shell. the flavors are so bland to pay $20+. I won't be wasting my money here anymore. I'll gladly wait til I visit florida again.

This place was fun. Their food selection is simple and the hot sauce bar is awesome! I personally wish there was a better selection of food. I had the burrito bowl and it fell flat i wish there was some lettuce with it. The service was amazing, everyone working there was very friendly and helpful. I'll be back again for sure!

We have been going to TF for years but I'm going to think twice before coming back again soon. Staff was unfriendly and sitting around on the counters on their phone. They also were annoyed when I asked them to remake an order of ours that was not correct. Staff does not refill drinks or offer assistance anymore while you are dining. Food was okay. Seems to have declined in quality. The restaurant was particularly empty when we ordered but it still took 10 minutes to get our food. I'm so sad this restaurant is not as good as it has been years ago.

I lived in Florida for years and absolutely love Tijuana's, I've been to locations all over Central and South Florida (I travel for work)! I was excited to find one here in Indiana when we moved here, but this location is not a Florida Tijuanas. Meaning the standards have to be different. I've been here twice and don't see myself going back again. The first time, the food was subpar with a rude cashier, but hey, every one has a bad day. So I went again this week, and the food was even worse. There were 4 hot sauces empty at the hot sauce bar. They do not have double size hard shells like Florida, duece tacos were small size, like Taco Bell size. To be honest, I should have gone to Taco Bell (may taste better than this location). It also would have been much cheaper because for 2 small tacos, side of queso, and a medium sweet tea, it was over $17. Florida Tijuana yes but not this place, so sad.

Used to be really good, recipes seem to have changed for the worse. The wait was crazy for the remake of the wrong order.

Update review- it’s been 2 months after I was told to email them to make it right. I emailed, and didn’t receive anything after that. Still haven’t went back, because I don’t want to waste my money again ?I ordered today at 6:30 said food would be ready by 6:54. I ordered beef nachos, the trio starter, and “churros”. The whole time my order said “in progress” so I showed up at 6:54 and it was on the shelf. Idk how long it sat there, because when I opened my bag all my food was cold, the churros were mushy balls of burnt donut holes essentially, and it only had 1 sauce to dip it in even though they state and show in their picture “dipping sauces”. They food was bland, the golden cheese was curdled, the salsa is gross, and the queso blanco was burnt. It gets a 2 star bc the only thing I actually enjoyed was the habanero hot sauce and the Mexican coke lmao. I’d rather eat Qdoba and spend $10, than spend $25 on mid food.

My bowl was not even half full. Usually, they give you more food, but i think it was just the person that made the bowl. I was disappointed this time.

I am from Winter Park FL/Orlando where TF originated and I drive the 6 hours round trip from Columbus, Ohio a couple times a year just to have a "taste of home". I love the FRESH food and hot sauce bar!

We came in for lunch with my boyfriend we do really like the food and the atmosphere the only one thing was the latino guy who took our order, not sure if he's the manager or owner but he was so rude he talked to me with a very bad and attitude I was trying to make questions about the food he not let me speak he stopped me everytime I was about to ask something, i guess he was rush because he was hungry minutes later i saw him sat on the table to eating and watching the game that was going on at this moment, really bad customer service, I will say if you have to deal with this dude don't get surprised of his Nasty attitude

Pulled up at 8:45 and front staff very rude and asks “are you planning to make a big order”. I said no, it’s just one item. Then she proceeds to say the kitchen is closed. Never mind the front door is still unlocked and their sign is lit up that says open. I own a business and we never close at closing time if we have customers. Very poor customer service and plan to tell as many people as I can.
