Went in there today. Only one customer in the lobby. Floors very sticky. Very, very empty. One female employee came from the back. I smiled and said “hi,” but she ignored me, went around the corner and got the mop bucket and pulled it back into the kitchen. No “Hi, someone will be with you shortly or nothing.” Husband and I stood up there for a few more minutes just to give it a chance, yet still no one came up. We simply just left.
