Blonde gentleman in the drive thru was very courteous and has a great attitude. This is why I am making a review. He even went as far as to deliver my food to my car when it was not ready immediately. Not all fast food places are able to maintain this level of customer service. Thank you! Now if you're arriving at 12 am (an hour before close), like I did, just expect the fries to taste stale and the food to not be hot.

I won’t even give a star to nothing !!!!!! Food is always cold and if you go late night, they say they’re doing a shift change and there is tons of employees just sitting around talking or on their phones. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever seen.

They were busy and short staffed, but that doesn’t mean the manager (owner?), who had been screaming at one of the other two employees instead of helping me at the counter, can finally make eye contact with me and say “we aren’t taking no more orders tonight.”

Too bad I actually enjoy the food because the service is absolutely HORRIBLE!! The manager is rude and showd aggressive behavior for no reason. I was treated like I was robbing the place when I asked a question about the billboard sign out front. I will NEVER return!

Horribly bad old burger that was FAR from fresh, the meat was cold and dark like not was left out to dry. The cheese was not even melted. This wax on a Dave’s Triple. Also ordered chilly that turned out to be very watered down 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
I am genuinely so fed up with Wendy’s. Every time I come happy or content, I leave in a bad mood. The service is god awful. The frosty took longer than it should and was very much melted. Every single time I go to a Wendy’s there is something that goes wrong. I’ve worked in fast food and I’ll tell you it’s not that hard to be a nice decent person and provide the thing they ordered up to decent standard. If it’s not up to standard? I would fix it because people paid their hard earned money for it. I am never coming back to a Wendy’s.

RUDE! The man at the counter was so so rude. I had a buy one get one coupon through the Wendy’s app and I told him this and he said “that doesn’t matter, just order and we’ll deal with it”. I then get to the window, try to use Apple Pay and it doesn’t work, so I tell him “one second” and get out of line to not hold it up, get back in line just for him to ask me “are you sure you have money”……
Is he for real? I literally had to drive off without the food.
This is a fast food establishment, you’re in line for 10-15 min max, get your food and you’re done. Why did he feel the need to make it a bad experience? Very disgusting.

I was starving after running errands at Target and didnt think to look at reviews before stopping at a Wendy's. Should have and would have saved the $8 I lost.
Drove 20min home back towards downtown, was missing my whole burger, fries were frozenn, and my 4pc chicken nuggets were a 2.5pc.
I called to let them know the issue, apparently I was the 3rd person tonight. Insane.
