We've avoided this Wendy's for quite awhile as service, quality, and order accuracy lacked each visit. Decided to give it another try after reading a positive review with a recent change in management. This time our order was 100% accurate, food was fresh/hot, and the service was fantastic. Placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup and the person at the window was super friendly. He had our order out to us quickly even though we had a large order. We're so glad that this location has improved! We'll definitely return.

Blonde gentleman in the drive thru was very courteous and has a great attitude. This is why I am making a review. He even went as far as to deliver my food to my car when it was not ready immediately. Not all fast food places are able to maintain this level of customer service. Thank you! Now if you're arriving at 12 am (an hour before close), like I did, just expect the fries to taste stale and the food to not be hot.

I won’t even give a star to nothing !!!!!! Food is always cold and if you go late night, they say they’re doing a shift change and there is tons of employees just sitting around talking or on their phones. This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever seen.
I have live here in Fishers for 3 years. When I tell you I’m confused how this Wendy’s is still open it blows my mind. The customer service is literally the worst you will ever come across.

They were busy and short staffed, but that doesn’t mean the manager (owner?), who had been screaming at one of the other two employees instead of helping me at the counter, can finally make eye contact with me and say “we aren’t taking no more orders tonight.”
