We've avoided this Wendy's for quite awhile as service, quality, and order accuracy lacked each visit. Decided to give it another try after reading a positive review with a recent change in management. This time our order was 100% accurate, food was fresh/hot, and the service was fantastic. Placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup and the person at the window was super friendly. He had our order out to us quickly even though we had a large order. We're so glad...
Blonde gentleman in the drive thru was very courteous and has a great attitude. This is why I am making a review. He even went as far as to deliver my food to my car when it was not ready immediately. Not all fast food places are able to maintain this level of customer service. Thank you! Now if you're arriving at 12 am (an hour before close), like I did, just expect the fries to taste stale and the food to not be hot.
Hey! I just wanted to give a positive shout out to the night shift guy working the window. He is probably the manager. He actually cares about the quality of the chili I ordered, adding that his Mama loves it too. Thank you to that kind man!
