My daughter was starving after school today and wanted Wendy’s and Liz the manager was outstanding and deserves a raise! It was super busy and she was doing a great job managing everything and getting orders out. She was also very kind and welcoming to my daughter and I as we waited for the fresh food. Refreshing to see an awesome manager at a fast food these days.

An "old-style" Wendy's, this one has not been upgraded to the new layout and they do not have a Coke Freestyle machine. There's some litter in the parking lot and that should be the first sign.
A quick visit to the men's room where it needs some attention but wasn't too bad. The dining room tables were all clear but the one I chose in the corner was nasty and sticky. I wiped it down myself. Lots of food trash on the floor - fries and crumbs and straw wrappers.
I ordered the Biggie Bag with the Junior Cheeseburger. The burger was assembled properly though the toppings weren't right - too many pickles, too much mustard and ketchup. And the bun was cold.
Fries were underdone. And my four piece Spicy Nuggets were hot but one of them was a regular nugget not spicy.
While sitting in the dining room, a family of five came in. Their order took nearly 20 minutes. I could see that they were darned near ready to walk out. Fortunately, they were given chocolate frosty's all around.
The guys in the kitchen probably don't know that we can hear them all across the dining room. I don't know what's going on here, but it's not at all good. The ONLY plus is that the wifi works.

This restaurant was clean inside and out.The food was hot and freshly made.The prices are up ,but not as much as others.The cashier was fast and friendly.
Parking: All around the building 40 parking spots
Wheelchair accessibility: There are many handicap parking spots the doors are hard to open in a wheelchair without any help the restrooms are also hard to enter in a wheelchair.They do have tables for handicap.

So I have a father-in-law that is in rehabilitation who is dying to have an orange Frosty. This is the third location we’ve gone to and for whatever reason Wendy’s doesn’t have any Frosty’s at those three locations. Extremely interesting to me. This is the best Wendy's I've been to in my life. The lady manager there is so friendly to my children and makes it a pleasant experience for us every time. The food is always fresh and hot. 5 stars!

The manager Sam talked over me and yelled at me over the speaker for seemingly no reason and she refused to answer my questions or give me any type of service. There was no conversation, her tone was rude the whole time and got worse as I tried to make my order. She acted extremely childish and I have no idea why I was being treated this way. I will never return to this Wendy’s and I’m deeply hurt by the way I was treated when all I was asking for was food and service. I can’t believe the manager could be so rude to me and have so little Customer Service. She deserves to be fired talking to customers the way she talked to me.
