This was almost a detractor comment but Adrian (Adrien) saved the day!! I wasn't greeted at the speaker and had to wait at the window for about 7-10 minutes until Adrian saw me. He was extremely apologetic, talked with me, and 100% made it right! Careful, I might paoch ya boy for my restaurant! Fantastic employee, please recognize him! I believe he works in several locations. And PLEASE purchase new headsets for this location as that was what started my issue.

I went through the drive through and on initial interaction the employee just didn’t seem like he cared to be there. I get it, I’ve worked in the food industry and it isn’t the greatest but you still have to fake good customer service. I ordered a burger, small fry, and a frosty. The wait wasn’t too long but I saw my bag sitting for a couple minutes before the guy at the window grabbed it. This next part is kind of on me because I didn’t check my bag until I got home. They didn’t give me my fry that I paid for. Overall, I’ll go to a different Wendy’s next time.

Never a good experience. How do you run a business when you can only take cash when certain employees work? Inside chairs on top of tables, lights out, only able to order online and then out of popular items no frostys at 8pm ??? Rude employees... Who is running this location? Who is not running it? Cooperate needs to step in

My wife and I ordered online. I got a bacon mushroom double, it was okay. My wife got an apple pecan salad, the lettuce, while edible, was wilted. She substituted the pomegranate vinaigrette dressing for ranch dressing, we both got a chili and cheese baked potato and added sour cream. She didn't get the ranch dressing, instead receiving a busted, very sticky, pomegranate vinaigrette dressing packet, and our chili and cheese baked potatoes had no cheese and we didn't receive any sour cream (which I believe costs extra). We've had issues with this Wendy's on East 96th Street before... I doubt we'll be returning again.

The food was good but the place was very dirty, in addition an employee arrived yelling at her colleagues in front of everyone, even taking video yelling at them, there were children and more customers and everyone could hear the screams, it seemed like she was about to hit him, this employee was a 30-40 year old lady with black skin and red braids

Let me say it like this , I have been working in Indy by holt Rd. Just down from the Allison transmission think tank(Innovation) office and plant there is a Wendy's that I eat at 3 or more times a week. I would rate it 4 stars because food quality, service and atmosphere. My experience at this rated location the food wouldn't melt cheese, the bacon pieces were hard, I ordered chilli at the counter they had none, all the baked potatoes were going to the door dash, not 1 person in the lobby all drive thru customers. Went to get drunk and out of the 1500 drink choices in the coke machine there was fanta and tea, oh and plain come so there was maybe 20 options out of 1500. Manager was the one that rang me up . All around bad experience.

this place is nasty. went to eat inside, the floors were greasy. the girl that took the order was kind and looked kept. the other employees behind the counter we wearing old tshirts covered in stains. there was a woman who seemed to be the manager around yelling about how no one listens. after we got our food and went to get a table we realized how nasty things really were. on the counter to get silverware and things it was covered in flies and gnats. more than just one or two there was a serious problem there. this place needs to be shut down and clean or something.

Ordered two double burgers, they could only take cash, I wasn’t even given a receipt, I Waited longer than I should’ve, and only got two single burgers in the end.

I was the only person in line and I sat there for 20 mins just to get cold food except for 4 nuggets they made fresh. Both burgers were raw inside and grey outside (also cold) fries were cold. Asked for sauce extra sauce on the side and received none.

Went to the drive-thru at 8 in the evening. The food was cold and tasted like it had bin there for quite some time. Soggy fries and a hard crunchy chicken sandwich. It has been a while since I've gone to Wendy's. I will not be going back for a while. Service was fast, probably since the food was sitting there for a while. The restaurant had been remodeled but the food was not up to par.

Nothing is ever the correct temperature in this establishment. Lemonade is always warm. Fries always old and cold. I got an ice cold krabby patty burger yesterday. It felt like it had been in the fridge for a couple hours. Idk why the people who work here never want to cook anything. And when you ask them in the drive thru to make your food fresh they get an attitude. BIG ATTITUDE. This is definitely the worst Wendy’s location in the Indianapolis area and has been consistently for the last decade.
