Vary very poor customer service and worst service ever đ
They are lazy, first time I came here I got food poisoning. Gave them another shot and I asked for 2 chocolate cookies, told me they only had 1 but someone took a couple bites and put it back, then proceeded to short me 25 cents because they didnt have enough quarters. They didn't tell me, I heard them because the lady didnt shut the window all the way.

made me wait to order my food about 10 minutes. drive through employee or manager denied items on the menu in a rude manner and had a snarky reply. Then itâs still proceeded to take an additional 20 minutes for me to get damn near cold food. I donât know what kind of place yall are running but get your establishment together Iâm very unimpressed all the way around
Food was cold from the bag, the burger buns felt dry and hard, the burgers were barely reheated, and the drive thru guy at 11:30 was super rude. Plus they'd already shut down the frosty machine and wouldn't give a refund either. Had bester burgers at the gas station

First time here, far from home I must say the service was great. The attention to detail and my needs knowing I was on my lunch was quickly noticed by Director Samara( I believe that was her name forgive me if it wasnt). She made sure my food was fresh and got me out in a hurry, 5 stars all around!

I wish I couldâve given this lower stars. This is the worst wendys in the city, possibly the worst fast food location period Iâve ever experienced. Multiple occasions I spend my ENTIRE lunch waiting for my food. It doesnât matter if thereâs one car in line, or 10. I spend my entire break when I choose Wendyâs. Itâs infuriating and everyone I know who works in this area hates it. Not only does it take absolutely forever to even get noticed at the speaker, but they have the audacity to have an attitude? Like working is inconveniencing them. Look I donât wanna work either, but the harder you make it for yourself the more irritated customers are going to be. Itâs absolutely ridiculous and it seems like not a single person in that store cares. And when they mess up, they blame you? How is it my fault you handed me an unsweetened tea when the receipt clearly states sweet? 3rd grade reading level comprehension and they still donât get it. Needs re-staffed. From the person who cleans the bathrooms, to the district manager. Clean house.

Just went thru drive thru and they said they only taking cash which is very weird and then I tried to use a coupon and they said you can only use those inside and inside is closed now lol I definitely would not recommend this Wendyâs is unorganized.todayâs date is 6/17/2025 and the time is 10:44 pm
