This place is a nightmare. Has been for years. I have no idea why they can’t get a drive thru order finished when there is truly NO ONE else in the line or parking lot. It’s been 15 minutes so far. The employees are just talking and finding chargers for their phones while they drink coffee. Do better. It’s disgusting inside and your employees are all very unkempt.

Ordered a Jr Bacon Biggie Bag, Ranch for Dipping Sauce, with a Coke. Nothing complex about the order. Gave me 90% ice in my drink, no straw, and BBQ dipping sauce. People want a company that gets the simple details correct and is easy to deal with. From looking at other reviews and my personal experiences, that's a no from me.

Maybe we caught them on a bad day but we ordered on the kiosk and waited a really long time for our food. That may have been bearable but it had to be at least 90 degrees in the restaurant, it was miserably hot. I stepped out on the patio for relief and got locked out… when we finally got our food they had given me my Caesar salad but all the dressing and toppings for an apple walnut salad and no fork and my husbands spicy nuggets were hard and cold. It wasn’t busy at all- absolutely no reason for such a bad experience.

Came to Indiana to visit for the holidays. Took my daughter to Wendy’s for lunch. The manager was pretty rude. She said in a nasty tone “What do you want??!!” and kept rolling her eyes as if she was annoyed that we were here. Didn’t even give me a receipt, just completely ignored me. My daughter wanted milk and they gave her a tiny cup. She's only 2 so she has to drink milk besides water. Food was cold and stale. Definitely NOT coming back here ever again…

Never going back to this location. Never. Cold cold food.... I'm so lost to how this owner isn't ashamed of their business. Sad that you're stealing money. I didn't get what I paid for.
