I love this place so much. I'd give it 6 stars. Ask for help, if you are new. The bags on the right are kinda your sheet for ordering.

They close at 9 - cool. They say they stop taking online orders at 8:30 because they had issues with people placing online orders at 8:58 and showing up well after 9:00, which I totally understand, but I tried placing an order at 8:25 and it said the store was closed. I'd wager to guess that even if I had tried at 8:15 it would still have said that the store was closed. If this wasn't the first time I've had issues with store I wouldn't be so upset, but we've had at least two other issues with this location. They say they close at 9, but start shutting eveything down before 8:30. If you plan on staying open until 9 then why would you have everything shut down, and lights off at 8:30? I can understand preclosing (like cleaning, and putting away things that aren't needed anymore - I've worked in fast food service before), but to shut off the oven which you NEED for every sandwich (unless the customer specifically requests a coldwich) is absolutely unprofessional, and we won't be ordering from here anymore.

Food was delicious. We got there 30 minutes before closing, and at 8:45 they locked the doors and shut off half the lights. They also dismantled the fountain drink machine, so we couldn't get refills. I'm sure we will come back, but just a little rude in my opinion.

Never been to that place. Won't go again. When I came in employee was on the phone and never saw me come in. There was no napkins (paper towels). Once I brought food to our place I found out that there is no cheese on Philly Cheese sandwich at all. Steak was very dry and no flavor to it. Reuben sandwich was ok. Nothing special. Sandwiches are more expensive than Subways and are worse. Won't go back again

Not that great, I've been here a few times and this last experience wasn't the best. Very slow and there was only one girl behind the counter, 3 other workers were sitting at a table talking. My sandwich was falling apart and there were things on it I didn't want. Disappointed overall

Stopped here for some lunch while passing through. Pretty typical which which. Good service and my sandwich was dynamite. Getting here can be a challenge as this strip mall can be tough to get in and out of. Good food!

Very delicious! First time visiting today for lunch & it was very satisfying. The BLT has great tasting smoked bacon. Husband got French dip which he also loved (PS -- he is picky). Overall a pleasant experience & highly recommend to even the pickiest of sandwich eaters.

The food is excellent and the atmosphere is good. I'm not a fan of writing your order down so that someone can type it up again, and then have it cost 15% more than another sandwich shop. Overall a good experience though.

Kind of pricey!! 7" sandwiches and 2 drinks for $30. The meatballs are gross kinda tastes like they were frozen and thawed a couple times. Philly cheesesteak is dry and could use more cheese.
