I had Wingstop for the first time on Tuesday in Shakopee Minnesota and it was excellent! Perfectly cooked chicken thick and tasty. The Louisiana rub was pretty hot for me. Sadly when I got home the blue cheese dip was not in the bag. The sauce was leaking out of the bag.

Delivered half my order. Tried to blame the driver. Then when i went to the store they lied. The driver showed up and said they only give him 2 orders. They were rude the entire time!

Went in around 11:30 on a Saturday there was nobody else in the place. Went to order tenders with 2 different flavors guy told me they don’t do that even tho I’ve done it multiple times before, I then sat in the restaurant for 30mins plus waiting for my food as multiple mobile orders and door dashers came in and grabbed food.

I LOVE Wing Stop, but I HATE this location. The wings/tenders are NEVER coated properly with the sauce, and the fries are either always soggy, or too overcooked. And if I think service in store is bad, pick-up/delivery is even worse. The quality of your food is absolutely HORRENDOUS. Do NOT come to this Wing Stop location if you want to leave hating it.

Second time here, figured I'd give another try after a sub par first experience. Wrong choice. Sauces are put on like a joke--Atomic wings are pictured. No taste/flavor, bland and super spicy. Ordered 40 of various flavors all together, none were labeled, and the atomic wings were put in same carton as the plain for the kids. Please avoid, not worth it or the price.
We picked this up to go and tipped pretty well even though it is already pretty expensive. The wings were so dry and had barely any sauce/flavor.

Food was great but service was even better. As soon as I walked in they greeted me and said how grateful they were for coming to order. They also gave my little brother a free drink purely out of kindness. 10/10 would definitely recommend. Order here

I did pickup order on Wed (9/4/24) night and once I got my order, I went home (5 min drive) and opened the bag right away. I found that the fries were very depressing, looks like it was picked up from trash, as you can see on the attached pic. The worst fries I ever seen, and I don't think anyone could ever eat it. The 3 Middle East guy who worked there that night need to learn what fries should look like in the US. I didn't eat those fries, but if someone decide to eat that trash and get sick, they should report this place to Health dept. If you want a much better chicken wing & fries, try CM Korean Fried Chicken, their service and food quality way better than this place.

They might be hummingbird wings, way too small to be chicken. I don't know if there are different grades of wings, but they are twice as big at Pinheads and definitely smaller than what you can get at BDubs. Plus, if you order a meal for pickup, that should include the drinks to be made for you. Not only did I have to fill my drinks, and half the flavors weren't available. That would really stink if you were a delivery service and had a big order. Do they just tell the customer that they only had Sprite and hope they accept that as the truth and don't give you a bad review?
