This place is horrible. They scammed us with $40. The customer service is horrible and the food is disgusting and when I told the guy that they cancelled my order he was yelling at me and saying they don’t have my name in the system when I have picture proof of them cancelling it and not giving me my order. Don’t order from them they are the biggest scammers.

When you order wings in Super Bowl Sunday, you expect there to be a wait from when the estimated pick up time is. Maybe 10-15 minutes… not 53 minutes. Put in my order at 12:50pm the same day to be ready for pick up at 5:45pm. I walked out with my wings at 6:38pm. I did get my order with some fries that I did not order (assuming they were giving away free fries as a curtesy for waiting so long).
The worst part of the experience was the customer service. They had, who I would think to be a very sweet lady, bringing the food up front and dealing with the customers, acting as front of the house. This lady must not have even been an employee there because she had no idea how to deal with people or answer questions. I don’t believe she really understood English as well. I witnessed one man ask to cancel his order and for a refund, but the lady said they can’t do it and walked away as the man was asking questions. I myself asked the lady if there was a way to show who’s order was being prepared, who’s was ready, as they normally do on screen. She looked at me and walked away because I don’t think she understood what I was saying and didn’t know the answer to the question.
So if you’re looking to order on any other day other than Super Bowl Sunday, do so. If you plan on ordering for Super Bowl Sunday… I highly advise not to.

Excellent burgers and fries. The owner was really helpful and nice. If you get the app you get a free double with $10 purchase. The fries are not greasy and QUALITY food. 100% going back!!

Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

Ordered wings for a birthday party from the Plank Rd location in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and needless to say, they weren’t ready on the day of pickup. After requesting the order be prepared while I wait, I was told they were unable to fulfill the order the same day… therefore, I requested a refund. A manager was called and she agreed the best solution was to grant a refund… this was Sept 28th and I m still waiting on a refund. I notified corporate office, waiting for them to resolve. I am very disappointed in this company. I will never do business with them in the future.

Good food but order is never correct and takes too long to re-order so you just eat what you get not what you wanted. The Grand Junction CO store is just terrible. Gave it a couple of tries but will not go back until Google and other reviews show a change.

I don't know who the owners of this store are, but I bet you. They don't care how the store is being ran simply because everyone is leaving bad reviews and yet the service has not changed. I originally came to this location over a year ago and I've tried to give this place numerous chances to see if they got their act together but they just don't haven't. I have an order from here in over a month and I will never come back especially after looking at the reviews as of late and seeing that other people have had the same issues that I've had. Their wings always lack sauce. Their fries are always cold and soggy and they never give you enough sauce on their cups. It's like the manager is trying to make sure that they never fill those cups ever past the halfway. Mark and I wish I was joking and saying this but I'm serious. They run the store like they're not trying to lose any money but because they're trying to be so cheap now they're going to be losing business because other people are noticing that this store is just not up to par.
