I got terrible food poisoning from this place and as a result I will not be returning.
I’m disappointed because I enjoyed my meal at the time…just not the second time around.

The food is typical hibachi. You get a bowl, walk up to the bar fill it with veggies and meat. They have sauces and seasonings to make it custom to you. Then they cook it and bring it to your table. The good was ok. The service kind of sucked, we all went empty on our drinks. There were 5 of us. The thing that pisses me off is the automatic 18% gratuity for parties of 5 or more. I typically leave 20% as a starting point. What sucks is they know they are getting the 18% so the service doesn't matter. This turned me off. Probably to the point that I will not go back at least as often as I had been. Drop the 18% to a party of 5 as this is a turn off for families!

My whole group got very serious food poisoning from this place not even 24 hours after eating here, have also heard the same from other people as well. The meat products being exposed might have something to do with it. Will never eat here again. If 0 stars was a possibility, that would be my rating.

Overall a good place to eat. Food very good with adequate service (you do some of the work) Basically you take a bowl; add vegetables and select from various proteins. Give to the cook; you also select your rice from three types and sauces. If your decision making is good your dinner will be as well. We plan to go back at some point now that we have some experience.

The food is pretty good. The service is quick and the servers are polite and active. The atmosphere is a little chaotic. There are large screen TVs and the booth benches move easily. The main concern I have is the self-service in making the bowls. All that is fine and fun but each person uses tongs to place the food. I think there should be more obvious hand sanitizer stations at the beginning and at the end of the ingredients station.

The food is great. I mostly got chicken with onion and bell pepper and used teriyaki + general tso sauce and my bowl tasted amazing.
I had no idea that you chose your own raw ingredients and had it cooked hibachi style. It was a great experience!

I love going here. The goal for my girlfriend and I is to stack our bowls as high as we can, it's basically all you can eat because our bowls are LOADED. They got all the meats. I like to get lamb and beef then pepper them down with seasoning and vegetables, finish it off with some salty sauce (brown sauce?). Love it.
