Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I went to Zaxby's and ordered 2 big Zax snacks in the drive-thru. When I got my food, it was lukewarm and tasted stale. The fries were covered in salt. I got to 131st and decided I wasn't taking this food home to my child, so I turned back. I walked into the restaurant to request fresh food. The girl who had just helped me in the drive-thru took the food to her manager. The GM, Kim, came to the front and asked what the problem was. I explained, and she insisted the food was fresh and not cold. I disagreed, saying it was cold and old. She offered to give me the same food back, but I declined. She went to check something and returned, saying the food wasn't cold. I told her it was lukewarm and stale, and I didn't want it. I asked for fresh food and no salt on the fries. I was shocked by her audacity to offer me the same nasty food back after examining it. She was very unprofessional, had an attitude, and I saw her touching her bangs that were hanging out of her oily scarf, then proceeding to touch food. I was not impressed and plan to call corporate to let them know. If I ever go back, I'll order inside and avoid spending money if she's there. She was the worst! I must say the rest of the staff were really nice.

is it really that hard to put straws or silverware for a curbside pickup ?? shouldn’t have to go back inside to get missing things. hopefully the next person this happens to isn’t handicap or anything like that. do better !

Definitely one of my favorite places to eat. Food is top notch, prices decent. Overall an excellent experience every time I visit.

Update: went by there today to pick up some food from the drive-thru. I have not been here in a while, and unfortunately the food was not great. I just got boneless wings and there was hardly any sauce on them at all. Kind of disappointing.

I had Option 1 on the menu. I was disappointed that the chicken fingers did not look as good as in the picture. The chicken fingers I was given were much smaller and appeared over cooked.

If you order delivery you can almost guarantee it will be stolen and cancelled. The restaurant does nothing to prevent theft.

Unacceptable! It taste like plastic. It has plastic in it. The Styrofoam melted into the food. Be careful buying from these people. Never again!

A big thank you to Kim for graciously correcting an order mistake. I think I received someone else's food accidentally and Kim was very kind and understanding and did not hesitate to make things right. I went from being pretty disappointed to very happy. Great reversal, Kim and team.
