Food was overall good. Steak was amazing, pasta a bit sweet for our taste but still good. Salad was huge and delicious! Had a great time!
Our experience at 19 was top notch. The service, food, and environment were amazing. Our server, Rob, did an excellent job of explaining the menu, giving recommendations, and making sure our experience was perfect. Thank you so much! We will be back!
Our server took great care of us. The food was outstanding. Thank you so much, we will be back!
Our service was outstanding and the food was incredible. I definitely will return to 19 again and try other stuff on the menu. Just a nice place to have an excomeal.
This restaurant replaced Jeff Ruby when the casino would not renew their lease. This restaurant is fantastic.

Two hours to have dinner in a not busy restaurant. Server dropped off menus and said "I'll be back for your drink order" returned 15 minutes later at which point we stuck with water and asked to place our order. We ordered soup and a salad and she walked away. No chance to give our food order. French onion soup was lacking cheese and full of soggy bread. Salad came out with wrong dressing. As for the food, we each got a chefs selection and both were subpar. No sides as by the time we ordered our meals we were no longer hungry. Sides are ala carte, but big enough for sharing from what we saw. Overall disappointed for $177.00 for soup, salad, pasta and steak.
It was very disappointing for aiming to be a high end steak house, could barely hear and music if at all so alls you could hear was the few other tables in there. Everything was very salt and greasy. Lobster tail was over cooked and chewy. Brussels sprouts were soaked in oil/grease. The steak was the only decent part, but honestly I've had better experience and an Outback. Pricing doesn't match the product and effort in it going out
Great meal. Only issue was with open table. Would only give me 8:pm time, which was way latter than what we wanted. Went to the restaurant to see if we could get in earlier. The restaurant was virtually empty,so no problem getting in at our desired time. All ended well
Chircken Parm was too salty to eat. The prime rib was too tough to chew. The server didnt keep our drinks filled. He failed to check on our food or experience. I had to wait until the end of the meal to complain about the chicken being so salty.
This was my second visit to this restaurant and unfortunately, it left a lot to be desired. Pricing is very high, but nothing we aren't willing to pay for a good meal. On this evening, there was a concert at the casino, so the menu was stripped down from the original, with limited options. We both ordered filet mignon (medium rare and medium). My boyfriend's steak was grey, it was so overcooked, and mine was closer to medium well. He did not want to be "those people," so we did not send them back, but it was almost criminal to see an amazing cut of meat, ruined by overcooking. Our server was pleasant, but re-orders for drinks had notably long wait times, and there were several empty tables, so it was difficult for us to conclude that the delay was due to a packed house and over-extended servers. I wouldn't say that we won't ever return, but the level of quality did not match the bill this time around.

We were disappointed that due to a concert at the hotel the restaurant was using a “limited” menu. We were looking forward to trying some things that were not on the limited menu. Several people left to find other places to eat. The food we had was excellent and the service was great. Would have been nice to have gotten a text or email from the restaurant about the menu change before we arrived. I would advise anyone eating here to check prior to making their reservations.
We were disappointed with this visit. Not only did our server forget an entire course, they never same back to see if outlet steak was cooked properly. The Alaskan king crab that we paid a ton for was a crappy piece...and was a bit fishy. Also, “ran out” of kettle one vodka so brought a different drink without even asking if we wanted it. Super disappointing. Food and service gave gone way downhill.
My second time here was much better than the first, but that's because I knew what to expect. I skipped the salad, ordered the delicious 8 oz filet (cooked PERFECTLY) with garlic butter, and had a side of mashed potatoes. It was huge! And the creme brulee for dessert was exactly what I'd hoped for. Service was friendly, not overly formal, and sufficient.
The food was served hot & very tasty. The waiter did an amazing job serving our salad & waiting until the perfect time to bring out our main course. We celebrated my husband's birthday & it was perfect!
Erin helped make the dinner great. When we arrived, they had a special show menu. Since we weren't going to the show, Erin offered us the regular menu. Crab cake appetizer was so good, felt it was small portion compared to similar restaurants. Steaks were cooked perfectly, thought I thought the seasoning was a little salty. Baked potato great- so huge. Asparagus was a nice portion, but a little too charred for me. All the staff were constantly moving, clearing tables and setting tables. Our empty plates were promptly cleared. Overall was great and we can't wait to go back
