Our server was Emily and she was top notch! Food was well presented and yummy. Great atmosphere. Donovan was also very attentive and made sure our water glasses were refilled often and he continually checked the progress of the dinner as well to ensure items that were completed were promptly removed. 5 stars!

Our server was Erin, she was excellent! She really took the time to make our visit comfortable. Everything was correct, and if she didn't know an answer she checked on it. She is definitely a shining star at Belterra. We will request her on our next visit. The food was excellent. Erin's assistant was even able to suggest a dessert when we asked, our water was never empty, and for some reason we were really thirsty. They both had such great attitudes and excellent customer service!

We have been there numerous times, and the food was not as good as we have had before. Our server and his assistant were fantastic! We will be back, hoping it was just an off night.

Beside where it is located this place is beyond perfect, and Andrew our server went above & beyond also allowing us to order off menu. This is a must try but do not let the resort it is in stop you from experiences this gem in a pile of cow dung

Our waiter was well knowledged about the menu. We went for Valentines Day & they had a great deal for the entrees and salads with a dessert. Red velvet cake is absolutely amazing!

My husband and I both ordered the Salmon. The pieces of salmon were very small!!! Plus they were the tail end pieces , so they were thin and flat. They were very fishy tasting. So for $39 a plate (which didn't include a side) it was totally not worth the price!! I order salmon everywhere I go. This was probably the worst that I've had. On a positive note...the asparagus side was cooked perfectly.

Our anniversary dinner. Appetizer, salads, filet and prime rib with a double chocolate mousse dessert. Service as attentive and not intrusive. Reservation was honored and seated promptly. Our noted event on our reservation was noted and acknowledged. This was a very pleasant experience. Would recommend.

It was okay, the oysters were small and had to ask for cocktail sauce. The steak was over cooked, the salad had little flavor and the service was poor. Should have got fast food and saved the money.

Food is not worth the money. Food was ok not great and definitely not worth the price. Everyone was just ok it was nothing I would ever go back to nor recommend. It wasn't bad but when your bill is almost $400 it better be spectacular not just ok.

Steak was under cooked. No one asked how the food was until the end of the meal and when I explained the steak was undercooked ... server didn't seem to care what I said at all. The meal was good though.

When making the decision to drop big$ for a dinner for 2 you have much higher expectations than going to other low $ steakhouses. Let me simply say there's nothing worse than having a $150 entree come out 5 minutes after getting your salad. DO BETTER!

This is one of our favorite date places, usually. This experience was much different, unfortunately. The 6 ounces of crab we received, had a gew like substance in it. The Caesar salad had very little dressing, the oysters Rockefeller were cold, and they were out of crème brûlée. Also, it was so bright it made for an uncomfortable dining experience. We left extremely disappointed.

After my husband told the waitress he was going to get the sea bass instead of the pork chop so we could split both entrees (i dont eat pork) she said “great choice”! The $50 butter SOAKED sea bass came out on uncut fingerling potatoes and a mountain of bacon. Nowhere in the menu did it say bacon or pork was a part of this dish. we ate half the fish and asked where it said bacon in the menu? waitress said “ohh yeah, they should look at that” ok? cool? chicken parm was bland, very little tomato sauce congealed on pasta. (my bad for getting an italian plate at a steakhouse) tiger shrimp & service was good.

Service staff was great, super attentive- Appetizer of Crab cakes, flavor and texture was great, problem is they came out Luke warm at best. Ordered the Chilean sea bass, nice portion, cooked perfect, accompanied with potatoes and bacon w/onions, bacon was not the best pick for the entree. Wife ordered the seafood fettuccine with scallops, shrimp and mussels. Again the food could have been warmer than room temp. Lava cake and cheesecake for desert where great!!!!
