I would like to be able to rate the food however after being seated and given our menus. our waitress never came back. Sat for 10 minutes while watching her take orders from other guests seated after us. Never came near our table to even be able to get her attention. Finally walked out with no acknowledgment from anyone.

The service was horrible, the wait staff was the rudest and slowest I have ever had. I believe I counted 5 items on the menu that were actually mexican food and absolutely no ambience whatsoever. This "mexican restaurant " sits in abandoned buffet with a few margarita and taco posters hanging on the wall. Don't waste your time or money.

I am not a complainer, and can eat almost anything, but I can't let this one go!I expected a typical mexican restaurant menu. They had a very very limited menu on letter sized paper. The chicken fajita came luke warm and very dry, not "sizzling" as the menu said.. The fish tacos consisted of a very small amt of baked fish,a few shreds of plain cabbage, and sour cream. That's it! They were very dry and absolutely no seasoning at all in a soft shell that was hard and stale from sitting out. The side of rice and refried beans was basically a big tablespoon of each and it was sooòooòo dry it was not edible. The basket of chips were so stale and just tasted bad. After asking for fresh chips, they were the same, and definitely were poured from a bag, not made in the restaurant. Also, the soft drinks were all carbonation. We told our server the soda machine was out of syrup, and our drinks were refilled with the same stuff. We were so disappointed in the food, the menu, and the rudeness of some of the staff, not including our server who was very sweet. We will not be back and certainly not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

The restaurant has such a fresh menu. Order two guacamolies as its to die for. The atmosphere is just wonderful. The margaritas are perfect with fresh lime. The fried pickles are crispy and just the right amount of dill. The Fajitas were very flavorful, had a great smokiness and the meat was very tender. I cannot wait to come back and try other dishes. Especially the Prime Rib. Belterra doesn't do anything half way and that's why you'll be back again & again.
Parking: Parking is free and offers valet or self parking.
Kid-friendliness: My son loves the FF's and taco's.

The Salted Lime is located in what was the buffet area of Belterra Casino. It is a new restaurant but still looks like the buffet , the area has just been adapted to house the new restaurant. Our server, Sam, was outstanding, even though he had to deal with a small rush of patrons while we were there. The food was surprisingly flavorful and came out quick. Both the spicy mango margarita and the Los Cadillac were excellent and would be worth the trip from the casino just to have another! I would visit this restaurant over the others on my next Belterra visit.

Love build a burger, I get a double burger with Swiss cheese, sautéed mushrooms and onions.
The food is awesome. Staff was a little slow, Saturday evening around 8
The Salmon dish is excellent
The BBQ wings are great!
We say beside several un-bussed tables the entire time, kitchen staff swore loudly at each other and the cook tossed pizza dough then put it touching his face then on the slab to put toppings. Gross.
Restaurantji Recommends
Bottle beer was warm to taste.

Half price appetizers on Mondays!
Soft Pretzels and cheese is great. Cheeseburger could of been better though. Great place to watch sports.
