Your employees have horrible customer service. I was just there and NONE of your employees greeted me or acknowledged me waiting at the front to order. There were four employees working the front. Two were making drinks. One stood in the distance... possibly training? While the drive thru, going back and forth several times to the front cash register, was probably having more of a social interaction than working. I stood right in front of her and she didn't say something typical such as, "Someone will be right with you." Wake your team up. Sale lost and this out-of-towner won't hesitate to give a poor rating.

So friendly! Coffee choices are unlimited and custom made to order. Very good! Drive through is a little tricky to navigate. Worth it!

Such a nice atmosphere with friendly helpful staff. It was quiet even though it was almost completely full of customers. We were able to sit, relax, and talk for over an hour with a yummy coffee!

Parking: They also have a drive-thru and it was busy the entire time we were there. There were no kids, so it was quiet! ; )

Went here today to get a cup of coffee. I went to pay with my phone but their Apple Pay was down and I forgot my wallet. They gave me a free coffee anyways! You’ve earned my business by taking care of the customer first! Thank you Starlight!

We absolutely love Starlite. Their coffee is unique and absolutely delicious! I love the PSL and white chocolate mocha. Their pumpkin muffins are also ?Gabbi is the absolute sweetest person and always goes out of the way to be super sweet and make sure we have what we need.

Very nice and clean coffee shop in Floyds Knobs. The shop was clean and the atmosphere was calm and had a cool vibe. The Log Cabin latte is one of our favorite house coffee drinks!
