I ordered a Mama Bearnos pizza with no green olives. The pizza came out warm not hot with green olives but looked like the pizza that I have always ordered. The waitress told me they were making a replacement pizza.

The replacement pizza came out with barely any toppings or cheese and looked like it had gone through the conveyor 2 times. It was as if the kitchen was upset that the first pizza was wrong. This happened at the Lafayette Station location around 7pm on 6/25/25. I did not ask for a remake even though green olives are too salty.

Buffet was pretty good, a bit overpriced for what you get. I wasn't a big fan of the sauce. Dessert pizza was delicious. Service was excellent and a great place to sit. Overall a nice restaurant.

Don't tell the Dixie location, but this is my new favorite Bearnos! The staff are really nice and even when there's a big crowd the servers are still on top of things. We aren't super regulars but go a couple times a month.

The place was dead today. There were no servers in sight, only the female bartender. She was nice but never came back to check on us. I guess I should have read the description of the breadsticks before ordering. They come covered in poppyseed and sesame seed. They were pretty awful! The pizza was good but our stomachs are both hurting so bad now and we feel nauseous. I don't think we will be back. Every time we go to eat here we are disappointed with something.

Food was fine, but at 30 dollars for a thin crust pizza, I'll just go to pizza king and get the real thing rather than a knock off.

The Service was horrible … The waitress was extremely rude and did not ask us if we would like to have a refill on our drinks did not check on us it was the worst service , And they was not busy .. They definitely were very stingy with toppings .. And i spent over $55 on pizza and two drinks . You should definitely learn to treat your paying customers better .. Before you start loosing more business..

Food, service, was very good, pizza was great!

6 months ago I would have highly recommended them for a good pizza place. It’s now at a point it’s not even worth eating for free. For $30 a pizza, I would expect consistency. Except the last 2 months the only consistency they can maintain is incorrect orders and poorly proofed dough. I continued to try to give them a chance until the last SIX orders were not correct and the dough was so soggy, undercooked, and weirdly hard all at the same time.

Not happy at all! Ordered on line and I thought I messed it up. I called to verify my order and was assured it was a small meat. I got there and it was a keto, but I had called to verify it. They remade my pizza and would be 15 minutes. So 30 minutes later I'm told it's just coming out of oven. 5 minutes later manager says, oh we need to put it back in the oven we didn't think you wanted it. I was sitting right there! Got pizza on 12 minutes and it was cold! Come on! Don't think I will go back!
