The staff working at 10:40am on 7/6 were ALL extremely rude. I ordered two iced lattes and they were made too sweet. (Considering I had just ordered them the day before and they weren’t made that way) and I come in and ask them if they could remake them. I was respectful and told them I appreciated it. So apparently that makes it ok to sit there and gossip about the customer being rude and acting like a bunch of high schoolers. I’d fire the whole crew and replace them. Not coming back.

I would be willing to try again but was disappointed that a “cold brew” was just iced coffee. If you’re out of cold brew, wouldn’t you let the customer know?

Super cute local chain with a few local locations. The coffee is excellent and I LOVE that I can get a pumpkin pie latte, in various forms, hot, iced, blended, year round! I've never had any of the food items, but they look good. I've been to 3 locations and they're consistently good.
The baked goods are made in house, not something store bought and just reheated. The coffee is from a micro roaster and hand picked by the owners to serve in their stores. The training the baristas get is centralized - this means the drinks taste the same, no matter the store you get them from. All in all, a great local coffee business with amazing consistent across all metrics. (I know all this because they are proud of what they have built, and the people they hire truly enjoy the job. They know the story, and will answer any questions you have about it!)
