This is the first review I’ve ever left anywhere. But when you have a milk allergy, this is ridiculous. Ordered a medium vanilla latte with oat milk received a medium vanilla latte with regular milk. You can definitely tell the difference in the flavor when there is oat milk. I’ve only recently switched after finding out dairy swells my throat from a EOE diagnosis. So this isn’t something to joke about and yes I’m def aware after today I shouldn’t order coffee out. Was charged for the oat milk which makes the coffe about $1 more. Employees obviously need retrained. Either way I will avoid. Never have this problem at Starbucks. Honestly, I should have known better since I went through the same drive-through yesterday morning, and my coffee was warm at Best. I guess I made the mistake when I explained that to them and ask them to make sure it was hot this time. They made sure it was hot. They also made sure they screwed it up. I 100% think it was on purpose.

The staff was friendly, I came in to work and use the WiFi. It was pleasant and just enough seating for the amount of patrons on a Tuesday afternoon. Drink was delicious and I will be going back often.

Nice place: Kinda small, used to be a bank. Has a great drive through and friendly folks inside. Sit and study inside the vault.Breakfast snacks are delish. I love a honey and cinnamon coffee and theirs is the best.
I love being able to pop into Coffee Crossing to get my caffeine fix and a yummy pastry then be on my way! It is always warm and smells incredible inside. The baristas are always very kind and friendly. There is plenty of seating throughout the building. Including outside seating during the warmer months.

The only reasons I'm giving 4 stars is because of the unpredictability of the heat of the coffees, the fact that the staff hand the cc machines out to everyone so that they'll feel obligated to leave a tip. Whatever works but it's flu season and they don't wipe them down between customers. ?
