Granddaughters wanted ice cream so we went to Dairy Queen! Sure we all had a blast!

Went to stop this morning at 6am and no one was there

My mother who is in her 80's, just purchased food for my dad and herself. She asked the woman who waited on her, to help her with swiping her credit card. She said the woman was so RUDE. She belittled her for not knowing how to use it, and told her she was too busy, and would have to wait. She felt like she waited a long time. While she was waiting, this woman proceeded to chew out, reprimand, belittle, a young man working there in front of the public. My mom was treated like she wasn't there, disrespected. This person has no business working with the public. She is the one who should be reprimanded, terminated.

High prices, 50/50 on the food especially burgers

Visited around 2pm and waited nearly 45 minutes in line. Typical for dq lines to be slow at all locations I visit. This one, however, has no way out of line so your committed to however long it takes if you get in line. They made me late to my funeral I was heading to.

This DQ needs to change their policy of not including a hashbrown with their breakfast burrito combo. Every other DQ includes it in their combo. The rationale that "the burrito has a hashbrown in it" is not an adequate justification because the others have it in their burrito as well. The burrito at this location is also smaller than other locations so patrons leave hungry if they don't spend additional money to purchase a hashbrown separately.

Terrible service. Had to wait 30+ minutes past what it said.

Over the last several months, this DQ location has been in decline. I ordered my daughter a chicken strip basket and they tossed in less fries than a McDonald's Happy Meal. The picture actually makes it look like more than there truly is. I will have to start checking my food before even leaving the parking lot each and every time.

We got to location at Highlander Point at 10:30AM on a Friday for breakfast and they told us they were already serving lunch. The board still had breakfast on it and as we were sitting there the guy came out and turned it. Everything online says breakfast till 11. We ordered anyway and got our food hot and it was great. But I’m sorry, serve breakfast till 11 or change your hours.

Very rude!! Drive thru..even the manager..threw chilli dog in bag knocking everything off when I asked for a fork to fix it they were rude and kept being mouthy to the point we got our money back and left

Second time visiting in the past 10 days. Order was wrong on first visit, went back inside to get correct order. Second visit got the wrong order again, went back inside (they put the returned food on warmer and served to someone in drive-thru) and was given wrong order a second time. Total of almost 15 minutes, and the fact they gave returned food out to another customer. Last time visiting that location.
