Stood in lobby to decide what ice cream we wanted. We were using the app to get the promotion/ deal. The employees seen us ordering in the phone. It was around 9:30. When we went to pay it said they were closed and the manager said he didn't use the app. We left with no ice cream on our long drive home. Poor service, does not honor the app.

We eat here often and have never had a negative experience. The place has always been clean and service is usually prompt.

With Prices being what they are, it’s hard to just throw money away and then walk away… I went to DQ last week, placed my order through the drive through, gave the girl my card and then ( my mistake ) ask if the Fries were fresh? The girl leaned into her window and said… Usually Yes. I smiled and ask… what about tonight? She said No. She looked perplexed when I told her that I needed to cancel the order. She said she did and gave me my card back, but she didn’t put my money back on it. It wasn’t that it was a lot of money, but it was mine! I called the Highlander Point location, told them what had happened, the Manager took my info, and said she’d get in touch with someone who would get back with me. No one did. I called their Headquarters, told them what happened… Same thing was said… someone will get back with you! Still Nothing… it’s been a week.
It’s rotten when your business is in a very small town, you have restaurants on either side of you and you don’t care enough about your customers that you think it’s ok to steal $10 from a customer! I don’t understand why people today think when people all around us are either suffering or in need of something… places like Dairy Queen want to steal a Patrons lousy $10!

The attitudes here from ALL employees are TRASH! If you didn't want to work fast food then educate yourself or make moves to improve your life! They are so rude here and I guess I missed the updates but when did a large Blizzard ever become $8 plus dollars? That is beyond ridiculous and with their attitudes I will never be back! They don't even fill the cup 75% when you get a blizzard here as well.

Just spent 15 bucks on lunch and food was not edible. Fries half frozen and raw bacon on mu burger. Ridiculous. Yall want higher wages but can't even cook the food right.

Absolutely terrible services. If you don’t like people or talking to people don’t get a customer service job. Food was cold, brought me uncooked bacon then when I said something they recooked that same bacon. It doesn’t even smell right, I’ve never had bacon like this at Dairy Queen. The manager is rude, highly recommend going to any other Dairy Queen than this location!

If I could leave 0 stars I would ! After standing in line for 42 minutes I was told they were dropping fresh fries , even though I placed my order online and it should have been done at 9:01. After receiving my fresh fries, the rest of my order had already been sitting outside of the heat lamp for over 40 minutes and I asked for fresh food . Waited an additional 10 minutes then to be told they don’t have any toast to add to the chicken strip basket i waited almost an hour for . I will never be back to this restaurant and I highly recommend you don’t either . Horrible service , horrible food , and horrible customer service !

Wanted free water, we go to dq, we get free water, we go back 3 hours later, we ask for free water, and they ask us to pay 5 dollars FOR WATER. SMH.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Went to get breakfast, waited roughly 30 minutes to get the wrong order. Went to get a refund because I got the wrong food and didn't want to wait for the correct food because we had to leave. Assistant manager on shift didn't know how to log in with her employee number, she forgot her number. She had to call someone higher up and still couldn't figure out how to give a refund. I had to leave without food or a refund.

The manager with black hair on shift when I was there was super rude, unprofessional, and overall unpleasant to talk to. She didn’t seem like she wanted to do her job and was rude through the drive through speaker. I will never be coming back here. End of discussion.

I haven't been to this location in a long time because I always have an issue. However, a chicken strip basket sounded amazing. After a few bites, I had to do some research it says on their app that the fries are crispy, and i have determined that that is a lie. My fries are soggy and cold. The Texas toast should have butter, but that also was not in my favor. I will say the chicken and gravy were very good. So I guess DQ is just not for me.

I took my Granddaughter there for breakfast this morning. We got Carry out and it was terrible. She loves eggs and they were so watery she would not eat them, her bacon was raw. After waiting for our hashbrowns, they were not done ,just greasy. If you don't take any pride in what you serve you should find someone who cares to run your to restaurant. I just threw away $16.00

went to dairy queen for some bbq chicken tenders and blizzards. lady in the drive thru was passive aggressive and in a rush seemed like. got my food and there’s basically no bbq sauce even on the tenders. maybe a drop on each tender. they are supposed to be TOSSED. seemed like pure laziness
