I'm a bit shocked by some reviews for this location. I order somewhat frequently from this location and I could not be more pleased with the quality of the food and service. This is MY go-to place for pizza delivery every time. Thanks folks and keep it up.

Lost my business, while waiting 28 minutes after I ordered items previously 12 minutes prior to walking in.
Not a sole in there but me. Order wasn’t made until I walked in. Was told , no help. Ok, but wash your hands before touching things then the pies you make 🤢

Every single time i call here and it's been Several!!!!.... they say oh we're guna be an hour and a half and we get shitty service everytime we try to place an order. Yall need to close ur busniess at this location!

I wouldn't recommend to anyone. Staff was lazy. Food was was overcooked and dry. I couldn't get a bag to carry out my takeout lunch. Sad.

I placed a pickup order for a large pepperoni pizza that was dry, burnt up a little and had no sauce hardly at all. I called today and they are hanging up on me and not answering the phone all over one pizza???? Pretty sad amd just tells you the management at this location is pure lazy and incapable of running a pizza joint!!! I was a Dominos employee 8 years and won awards for my work and this is sad and pure lazy bones!!! There's a reason I always go Papa Johns and today I learned why and shame on me!!!

Ordered wins tonight that were never delivered. When I called, apparently the delivery driver insisted she did. If so, it wasn't here. Never again. Still waiting for a refund. Won't hold my breath. Spent $36 and got nothing.

I am so fed up (no pun intended) with my food being messed up or not how it’s literally described on the menu. The only time my food is good is when this sweet blonde works there. The rest of the time I’ll ask for light buffalo sauce on my sandwich and get extra. It’s stated on the menu that the buffalo chicken comes w onions and it almost never has onions on it. I feel like whoever is doing the cooking doesn’t even take the time to read the tickets. Most recently, we order a bbq chicken pizza (extra bbq) and a Buffalo chick sandwich (light hot sauce). And wouldn’t you know it, the pizza has basically no Bbq sauce and my sandwich has an unnecessary amount of fricking Buffalo. Like they just dumped an entire bottle on my sandwich. The cheese on my sandwich wasn’t even melted. Food is too expensive anymore for it to constantly be messed up. We also tip generously on CARRY OUT orders so I feel like the least y'all could do is check the dang ticket and make sure the food is being made correctly.

We ordered an ultimate pepperoni and there were hardly any on the pizza! We also ordered some wings- they were so tiny and barely any meat. Save your money!

Well, tried to have a Pizza delivered to a birthday party we were attending which is in Greenville, right off 150. We were told that they don’t deliver to Greenville which is ridiculous! We were also told that they WILL deliver to the Amazon in Lanesville which is further than Greenville from the store. We were told that the owners refuse to deliver to Greenville which again is ridiculous! Papa John’s , across the street WILL deliver to Greenville.

I ordered at 3:30p ( through the app) to have it delivered at 6p (when my whole family would be home). They delivered at 5:20. I called and asked why and was told that they were on a “no wait” so they went ahead and processed the order, and that I needed to order earlier if I wanted it later (?) which makes no sense whatsoever for an order to be early?? Why did I pay $40, including a tip, for food that will be cold by the time my family is ready to eat?

UPDATE: 4 days later and, despite the “response to my review” and me reaching out as they requested, there has been no follow up regarding this issue. This store is poorly managed.

Look I don't normally review stuff. I used to work at pizza places, so I truly don't understand how this franchise can possibly drop the ball so very, very badly, every, I mean every SINGLE time, consistently, across the board, every everloving time I try to get any sort of service, of any kind, out of them, ever. Do yourself a favor and just order from the Papa Johns next door. Jesus, I didn't even like Papa Johns.
