My first time at this store for lunch. Ordered on app. Waited for food at curbside. It was missing item so had to go back inside in the rain. Waited for somebody to even acknowledge me at counter. No apology. Just gave me the item. Not going back

Horribly slow service. No one staffing the counter registers. I think the employees are trained not to make eye contact and not offer any assistance. This includes the guy that appeared to be a manager.

While waiting to order breakfast, The Mgr. Glen observed our Grandson looking at the Happy Meal Toy selection in the lobby and went and got him one...free too.
What a great and thoughtful way to start the morning.
Waited 20 minutes in drive thru after I paid for my quarter pounder meal. Then went in to request a refund. They weren't busy and didn't offer any explanation for no food.
