My husband went in there and ordered Ordered our food. He got two Mc doubles plain Ketchup and cheese only and three fries and two Mc doubles as they come in as they come with mustard, ketchup, cheese, onions, and pickles. He opened all the sandwiches to check them before he left the two doubles that were supposed to have all the stuff on. It did not have any onions on between the bun buns. We took the buns apart and took the hamburgers apart. There was no onions on them, and only one on each sandwich, then they remade them and they still didn’t put onions on them. Then she was a smart and said the onions were the buns, but she said she’d make And they still did not get them right it is not hard to put a cheeseburger. Those next two. She got us only had onions on them and cheese no pickles or mustard. They do not know how to put a cheeseburger together. They should not be working in a restaurant. I actually took pictures of all the sandwiches when they got home with them and none of them were correct as an adult that works in a restaurant I can tell you it is not hard to put a sandwich together

I am very happy with the service in the mornings as I never have issues. However I have had bad service the last 2 times I have been. Let me explain, I went to get my family dinner and also to get a filet o fish replaced that was missing from a couple weeks ago and ordered a lot of food that was still incomplete so I went back up to the counter and ask for the Chicken sandwich, double cheeseburger and the sauces I asked for when I ordered then the lady turned around with the bag of what she assured me was the two sandwiches that were missing so I believed her and grabbed my order and left and I was still missing a cheeseburger but hey I did end up with the filet o fish I was missing a couple weeks ago! I am very dissatisfied with the level of service and lack of accuracy of orders. I do not give bad reviews very often but this is two times in a row! I went back and they gave me my dbl cheeseburger. Thanks for making it right but I am still dissatisfied as it is a 10-15 minute drive. Don’t be sorry! Do better McDonalds!

This outlet does not know how to manage the queue. Are they always short staffed? Waited. 10+ minutes to place an order at the drive through and I was 2nd in line. And this kind of wait is not uncommon.

What a pathetic excuse for a business. Don't waste your time stopping here, not worth it. I ordered on the mobile app to be efficient so I could pop in and get my order before having to go to work. I'm from out of town and didn't think anything about it. I pull up to the curbside for an order I placed 10 minutes prior (sausage biscuit and tea). Eight minutes later a lady walks out and hands me my order, I apologize for the inconvenience and she said nothing the entire time. Didn't acknowledge me, didn't say hello, or thank you. How ridiculously rude and unacceptable. Meanwhile, I watched 7 vehicles go through the drive thru and leave before I got my order. What a joke.

We stopped in this morning for five frappes! We ordered from the app with ease. Staff is always smiling and friendly. Everyone loved their frappes. We were able to customize the frappes in the app including one with a shot of espresso! This a regular stop when we take the granddaughters to school and the staff at this restaurant never disappoints!

Super slow for going around late evening, lady at drive thru window was super rude, half filled fries were so cold felt like they were microwaved just to get people thru drive-thru and not have to make new fries.
