Papa Johns Pizza

Was very pleased with the pizza that was prepared today by Destiny, I should have taken a photo because it looked nice and tasted very good. Was also happy to recieve the pizza at thier special deal price of $9.99, large with choice of several toppings

This place is very unreliable. We had ordered 5 large (mostly cheese) Pizza online for a birthday party. We had set a time for pick up. When we went to pick up pizza 30 mins after they were supposed to be ready, the pizzas were not ready, not even a single one. They told us it would be another 30 mins. We waited another 30 mins and still there wasn't a single pizza ready. We were told they are short staffed, but the pizzas were STILL not ready 1.5 hours after. We left. We had to find alternatives food for the birthday party. Many of the kids had already left the birthday without eating. It was a very bad experience. I would NEVER order from this place again.

This place is the best Zack was amazing and treated me like he knew me a Life time it was 11:55 when I walked in he could have turned me away but instead he smiled and took my order and let me get his picture the store is very clean plenty of parking and lots of laughter I would recommend stopping by and getting your pizza or poppa dia because I know I'll be back two thumbs up and a scrollie Ollie this place rocks thank you Zack for making his birthday your awesome

This is the best pizza in Floyds Knobs Indiana! They have great pizza and good deals! The manager gave me my order free last night when the power went down and was very friendly! Stay away from Dominos as its gross and they are rude over there! Don't waste your time on crappy pizza and call Papa Johns!!!!

Just ordered food and they never listen this happens every time I get it delivered to my house the drivers always go to different location and my food sometimes don’t even show up this time it was ice cold (mind u I live 10 mins away) NEVER ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS U WANT COLD FOOD OR U DONE WANT UR FOOD!!!

Ordered a pizza online for delivery. Not only did they leave the pizza on the porch without ringing the doorbell but it wasn’t even our pizza. So by the time we found it,it was cold and not what we ordered.

Main manager is on vacation: acting manager tonight had loud very loud burger rap playing orders late ( I’m a door dasher) a girl ate a pepperoni off a pizza coming out the oven when I called to ask why they hung up my wife paid for the guys pizza that papa John’s made 35 mins late. Out of pocket . The acting manager had her removed as a door dasher from the store. The reg manage is nice guy gives my wife cokes free ver polite also the acting manager had very short shorts on at work stayed in office till my wife ask to talk to her was letting minors do what ever they want tonight Highlander point

Our pizza arrived 30 minutes after the quoted time and was so undercooked that I had to put it back in the oven. I’ll just get my pizza from Papa Murphy’s since I have to cook it when I get it from Papa John’s

Food was good, but parking lots were dirty. The cleaning could use some TLC.

Not suitable to eat, probably would t even feel ok feeding it to a rabid animal. Staff is not capable of getting a simple order correct. When this is pointed out to management, the best response the can provide is “sometimes we have bad days”. This is a worrisome response from someone in the food industry. Wouldn’t eat here again if they paid me.

We ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with half banana peppers, and other half with blk olives and pineapple. We got a pizza with no pepperoni. We called to speak with Manager who was good and bad news. You didn’t pay for pepperoni and didn’t get what you wanted. He made us feel uncomfortable because we asked for it to be remade and not charge since the employee obviously didn’t note we wanted pepperoni on our medium pizza. The correct thing would be to offer to make the pizza period and save your questions.
