#18 had virtually no meat on it and some nasty brown lettuce that I had to scrap off. It was more like a bread sandwich. I have been in 4 times in the last month and their brewed tea maker has been broke. Seriously, how much does a new one cost - just replace the stupid thing and stop telling people you are waiting for it to be fixed.
Friendly customer service, not too busy during my visit
Went Saturday at 1:00. So nasty. Will not return. Waste of money. Someone teach this little guy how to make a sub.

I showed up 15 minutes before they closed. The young man who made my sandwich was quick, efficient and extremely polite. Literally couldn’t ask for anything more.

Kaden helped us. He was fabuloussss! I would drive here just to have him help us again. Went out of his way to provide the absolute best service, even when we insisted it was not necessary. Great job Kaden!

I felt like I was interrupting them. Didn't acknowledge me and I was only Customer in building. When another associate came in from outside he finally started my order. And for no reason, the Subway coupons I had were not accepted at this subway. Sandwiches were good, that was a plus.

It’s a subway. However, you’ll have one of two options:1. You get lucky and Katie or another competent worker is working. This will be a good subway experience.2. You don’t get a competent worker or you get the legally-questionable underaged worker like I did tonight. This is a bad time. Read on for more.I ordered a buffalo chicken wrap and he asked if I wanted the chicken toasted, I said sure and he toasted the entire wrap with chicken on it, this caused the wrap to harden and ultimately made it so he couldn’t wrap the tortilla. I also asked for ranch and “a little bit of buffalo” (I always use these exact words). The kid grabbed the buffalo sauce, squeezed a single drop of buffalo sauce out, immediately said “sorry” and then proceeds to grab the creamy sriracha and then drenched my wrap in it. Should I have stopped him? Yes — but I was too dumbfounded to have said anything and he moved very quickly. The kid then proceeds to try and wrap the tortilla and can not get it wrapped. After about 30 seconds, I suggest he just put it in a bowl and I’ll just eat it unwrapped. I pay, notice there’s no fork and have to ask one for one, too.I know that buffalo is an unlabeled sauce but if you have a worker who can’t differentiate between buffalo and (the labeled sauce) creamy sriracha, label it and organize it better. Also maybe this kid needs more training because he clearly isn’t being set up for success.

Don’t interrupt gossip time. Lobby closed down early for social hour. $32 for two sub meals. I think we will be going to Jersey Mikes from now on.
