Well… the food was great, deborah not so much. the poor guy being trained at the window was just being yelled at by her the entire time we were waiting for our food. To the poor guy…. you’re doing a great job, don’t listen to deborah.

I went through the drive through and ordered their luxe box they were extremely rude when I asked to substitute the beef for chicken. When i finally got my food it was not at all what I ordered. Totally rude employee she raised her voice at me and that is unacceptable.

I don't do fast food very often, but sometimes just gotta have me some Taco Bell. I went through the drive thru and got the #1 (3 crunchy taco supreme combo meal.) The food was ready fast and the guy working the drive thru was super!

Ordered $32 worth of tacos, and mostly burritos. Out of our 6 double beef burritoS, 5 OF THEM WERE BEAN BURRITOS. TERRIBLE SERVICE..... I COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND THAT ERRORS HAPPEN, BUT WHEN WE CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW THAT THEY DRASTICALLY MESSED THE ORDER UP WE WERE ASKED TO SAVE THE RECEIPT AS WELL AS ALL OF THE BEAN BURRITOS TO BRING BACK.
I told them that I live 30 minutes away and intended to replace the order with the correct one the next time I'm in New Albany. Regardless they insisted that we saved the receipt as well as all the bean burritos to bring them in And violate health dept codes.
