Emma was being very rude and mocking/bullying customers in the drive thru. She needs to be taken off drive immediately if she doesn’t know how to speak properly THANKS 🙂

Went there to get a party box and 3 additional soft tacos. Had to wait 20 minutes, more than 10 employees working, hardly made it out the door and the bottom fell out of the party box onto the ground, I just picked it up and threw it back in the box and left.
UPDATE: I went back, and the service was better, probably because the drive-thru was packed, and it was 5:00 pm. But all in all, overall, I had a better experience.

I just stopped by Taco Bell at Lafollette station. I probably should’ve checked my order but it was small and I was in a hurry. I ordered a number 2 (3 soft taco meal) with no tomatoes or sour cream with a Baja blast freeze, a nacho bell grande and a bean burrito.
I received the nacho bell grande, 2 of my 3 soft tacos with everything on them (including tomatoes and sour cream) with the Baja blast…and no bean burrito. I hate being one of those people that complain but with things being so expensive it stinks that I’m missing 2 items. Picture below for reference.

The Taco Bell location in Highlander point used to be one of the best ones but now they are all young workers who don't care about the food or the customers. They are rude. I've had an employee get walked off the job 2 times for flipping out because he rang me up for a item I didn't want.

Normally the protein bowl I get is pretty good and has a good portion in it. Not sure what happened this time but the portion was half of what it was before and it was missing rice and guacamole. Definitely not 10 dollars worth of food here

You are the only late night potentially gluten-free option in the knobs and to be open to mobile orders or doordash delivery services, but not to a single hungry customer pulling up before midnight who just wants a taco is messed up.
We were told at drive through that they could only take door dash orders because they were under staffed at 1130. Nobody was even at the store. We were the only customers there.

First time eating breakfast here. The food was good. Then staff was very undriendly. The guy who took my order and gave me my food. I told him thank you at one point. And to have a nice day when I wad getting my food. Neither time did he respond. Seemed rude and unpolite.
