Went to Taco Bell around 3 pm, for a quick lunch. The service was decent, and the staff was polite, but the wait time was longer than expected for a fast-food spot. My Crunchwrap Supreme was tasty and fresh, but the nachos were a bit soggy and lacked enough cheese. The place was clean enough, though the tables could’ve used a wipe down. Overall, an okay visit, but I’ve had better experiences here before.

Went there to get a party box and 3 additional soft tacos. Had to wait 20 minutes, more than 10 employees working, hardly made it out the door and the bottom fell out of the party box onto the ground, I just picked it up and threw it back in the box and left.
UPDATE: I went back, and the service was better, probably because the drive-thru was packed, and it was 5:00 pm. But all in all, overall, I had a better experience.

The Taco Bell location in Highlander point used to be one of the best ones but now they are all young workers who don't care about the food or the customers. They are rude. I've had an employee get walked off the job 2 times for flipping out because he rang me up for a item I didn't want.
