Stopped in Fort Branch Dairy Queen for some dessert this evening. Unfortunately, I had to stand around for minutes without being acknowledged. There were a handful of employees running around, yet no one said hello or I'll be with you in a moment. I stood at the counter for almost five minutes before anyone said anything. I was close to walking out. Once I got waited on, I received my Blizzard fairly quick. However the ice cream was real runny this evening.
I suggest that even if the staff is busy, they should acknowledge the customers when they are at the counter.

We got the new PEACH COBBLER Blizzard. It was very good. Plenty of peaches and chwey cobbler pieces. Lots of flavor. The cup was actually full to the top. ( not always true at all DQ'S) I would highly recommend this blizzard.

Always good service. We live very close and go often but lately the ice cream melts before we get home. The banana split we ordered today was milk by the time we made it home.We only live only 4 blocks away. Not sure what’s going on but they need to check their machines.

Well because DQ is awesome there is always a line BUT it's so well worth the wait. The staff is amazing and the dining area is pretty clean... I couldn't ask for better service

Kid who took my order was great. Pleasant, didn't have to repeat anything. Fine. Cashier gal that gave me the wrong change, that woman. Well, it seemed like she was either hating the job, or having a bad day. Overall though dairy queen to me, is always good. This experience would have been ok (if going through a drive-thru even has an "experience") if it not for the attitude ridden gal.
Bad decision to take the rotisserie chicken off the options without warning. ?

Used the drive through to get a turtle pecan blizzard. Excellent. Not sure what type of pecans they use, but they really take the flavor to another level.

About 2 years ago I quit going to the Ft, Branch DQ. The service was slow and sad. I'm here to say my last 3 meals have been the best ever. The service was upbeat and so pleasant ?. Keep up the great work. You have an amazing ? staff ❤️ Keep them Happy ? ? ?.
