I ordered a party pizza for delivery and they lost my order. I called back and put me on hold and then never answered the phone after ten minutes I hung up and called back finally talking to someone who said they didn't see my order that it never printed out and acted like it was my fault. Now it's going to be another hour or more before I receive my pizza if it even gets here and still charged full price. They didn't even offer to take anything off for my inconvenience. Sandys use to be a great place but I guess times have changed.

The quality of food has declined, and 95% of the time our order is incomplete or wrong. For example, tonight we ordered a Chef salad with no ham, add pepproncini and green olive. It came WITH ham and NO green olives or pepproncini. They also forgot the 2 sides of pizza sauce that we paid extra for. If this happened occasionally, it wouldn't be so bad, but this happens nearly every single time we order. Mistakes keep increasing along with their prices, and the food is declining. Just lost a 30+ year customer. The place went to crap when Dan bought it ?

My pizza was burnt around all edges. The crust was hard. I think the ham was bad. After I tasted it, I was afraid to eat very much of it so I didn’t.. waste of money and time and now I’m breathing spoiled ham And feel icky. I think the next time I want pizza I’ll go some else. I better double up on my probiotics

Walked in and no workers was to be found. Sat down and waited for prob 10mins then went to register n ordered, people was rude, food was nasty n my money was wasted. Won't be back, don't suggest this place to anyone it has really went down hill since we went last year. And NO they don't have a buffet like they advertise.

I spent the night at a local hotel and the young lady at the desk recommended delivery from nearby Sandy's Pizza at Ft Branch Indiana. It was the best vegetarian pizza I've ever had, but to be honest it was also the most expensive as well. HOWEVER my hat goes off to the young lady that delivered the pizza. It was prompt service and I'm pretty sure she was the inspiration for Trace Adkins song "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk. I highly recommend delivery!
Vegetarian options: Veggy Pizza and the sweet red peppers were fantastic....they did have hot yellow peppers on the side but I left them in the garbage....way too hot for me.

Worked the poll in Ft Branch today and 3 of us ordered from Sandy's. EACH one of us was charge a $6.00 delivery fee. My $7.25 pizza cost me close to $15.00. On top of that the chesses was burned on the edges all the way around. Pricy mistake but won't order from there anymore. They make $18.00 in delivery fees to the same place.

The last 3 times I have ordered it has been wrong but this one today was the worst yet,it was suppose to have all different meats and extra cheese and when I got it it just had sausage and red peppers ,I will not order from here again not for the price you have to pay.
