Nothing wrong with the workers. Sandwiches are great everytime I come here and they are so nice. They are always understaffed. I feel bad. Management needs to hire more workers or come in here themselves.

Would go regularly in drive through until they started messing up our simple order of veggies and sauce everytime we went. It was the same staffing crew that would mess up each time and we finally addressed it and stopped going. What an inconvenience.

Horrible got charged for footlong ordered a six inch chicken bacon ranch with NO veggies and add ranch they put lettuce and tomatoe and onion on it !!!! And NO RANCH!! Terrible service will not go back. Didn’t refund me the price difference either. Happens everytime!! Wouldn’t recommend stopping

At least the past four sandwiches I've gotten from this store. Specifically, I have gone through the drive-thru and paid for extra meat put on the sandwich but have gotten less than the original amount supposed to be put on there. The last two sandwiches were hard stale bread also.

THE WORST!!! There were a couple cars ahead of us and we waited about 15-20 minutes before we got to the menu. NOBODY greeted us for at least 5 minutes and that was after me yelling "Hello" at the intercom. The wait was so long for peoples' orders that the vehicle in front of us ended up just leaving. We still waited. When we got to the window, we noticed the guy that took our order was no longer wearing the headset. There was a woman wearing one, but she was not answering the calls, another man was wearing one around his neck so clearly that's why nobody was answering the drive-thru. After the window guy handed us our drinks and chips, he disappeared. The window was left open the whole time we sat there (which was close to 15-20 MORE mins). They were also trying to close the window while we were asking for our straws. As you can see in the pictures, the 2 wraps were not even cut, one was very sloppy with the sauce, and the child's sandwich was just sloppily thrown into a cookie bag. Overall, we sat in drive-thru for almost an hour while the workers seemed like it was their first day on the job. We will NEVER return to this Subway. TERRIBLE SERVICE
