Ordered breadsticks which one was burnt. Ordered Hawaiian pizza and barely had toppings. So very disappointed. Onions were burnt on pizza too. Not coming back. Too bad had high hopes for this place. Paid good money for subpar pizza!:(

Fluffy, non greasy crust, fabulous flavor! I got the pickle pizza and the 800 pizza- the 800 was a little too spicy for me but still delicious. The pizza was amazing. 100% will be back again! Also got an appetizer, that was fantastic too. Pictured- the appetizer and pickle pizza

This has been one of our favorite pizza spots for years. Today, we arrived 5 minutes after open. All doors were closed. The host / our server was extremely unfriendly. Pushed the door open without saying hello, didn’t say hello at any point, and was so rude the whole time. She Didn’t explain the difference in how many slices there are per pizza when I asked, simply said they had no pizza slice servers when we asked for them, and was simply an unpleasant person for the service industry. The pizzas also were less wood-fire tasting than they usually are, and I found a hair in my salad. There were Boxes were sitting out, and the bathrooms weren’t clean.
We were extremely disappointed in the service.

Great pizza, super friendly staff and only giving 4 star for atmosphere because it's a mix of kid friendly + bar for adults. It does a good job separating the two and trying to be both

First time and last time. Only one server for the whole house, but 5-6 cooking. Couldn’t one of the cooks standing around help the poor server? Salad bar didn’t have utensils. Not sure how this place is still open. Pizza bland. Close already so something better can fill this place.

ill let them reach out to me because we used to be customer s not after today
I hate to leave bad reviews for local businesses, but this place has gone so far downhill in the last two years it’s mind-boggling. We have been steady customers for many years and came back one night just to try again. It is dirty from the moment you walk in the door with the waiting area full of empty pizza boxes and some kind of cooler that you basically trip over. The bathrooms are disgusting. The whole place needs a fresh paint job. Tonight we ordered the chopped salad which we go here specifically for. It was not chopped at all, and it was so salty it was inedible. The pizza was so bland even our kid wasn’t interested in eating it. When we expressed, nicely, our concerns to our server, she could not care less and basically avoided us the rest of the time. This place used to be our family’s Friday night tradition and we are officially done with that.

This restaurant has gone downhill. The salad bar wasn't fresh. Our pizzas were extremely salty, almost inedible. The only good things were the crust and the service. For over $70 for two people, the food should be way better!

Unsure why the 9 inch pizzas are completely different from the 11-12 inch. They were sloppily made, all the ingredients were thrown in the middle for my other two pizzas (vendure and pepperoni) . And instead of full basil leaves like I’m used to with my Margherita pizza I got 5 tiny slivers and 4 whole slices of tomatoes with barely any sauce. Very disappointing considering the price. Not to mention this was my meal cheat day and I was looking forward to this. UPDATE: called the manager and he had nothing but excuses. Said they’re training new ppl, but apparently not training them good enough? $13 for a tiny pizza and can’t even add basil. He also said they should be charging more lol PLEASE. I will absolutely not go back to this location again. GO TO LIMA! That’s the real 800 degrees. Disgusting behavior from the manager and horrible food. Good luck going out of business.

Scheduled a pick up 6:30 and arrived a minute or 2 early. Woman at the front said it wasn't done yet, so I sat around the corner on the bench. I came out at 6:45 to check again. She said mine was next. I waited at the front this time. She came back to the front about 5 minutes later and got it out from the front as it had been done for who knows how long. I asked how long it her been sitting they're getting cold. She shrugged and said "it's in a warmer. " She turned and left. Terrible customer service. She could have just apologized since it was her mistake.
Three Fires Pizza really impressed me. The crust was spot‑on—crispy on the outside yet soft and chewy inside, exactly how a good pizza base should be. Their appetizers were a standout, packed with flavor and clearly made with care. I was also pleasantly surprised by the size of their menu; the selection was much larger than I expected, offering plenty of options beyond the classics.

Went here for around 330 pm today for late lunch with friend and her mother. First, pink hair girl who clearly hated her job, maybe find another. She seemed like she did not want to work. Seated us, got us drinks and we did not see her for another 15 minutes. Came back and asked rudely about a drink. Took our order and disappeared for another 25 minutes. Pizza came out very dry, salad bar was brown and we asked for fresh coffee and got served something that looked like rusty water and tasted horrible.
There were 3 tables in the restaurant at the time.
