800 Degrees Wood Fired Pizza

The food isn't bad here, and I would give it 4 stars, except I'm not crazy about the vegan cheese they use. Everything else about the restaurant is fine. Updated from previous review on 2024-12-03

Took the staff after a hard days work, and everyone enjoyed it! Very reasonably priced as well!

Best gluten free pizza I ever had(it was even cooked properly)and I’m told by the others their pizza was amazing as well! Will order again or maybe even diner in!

We arrived Friday night, there were a couple open tables but we got stuck with the smallest 2 person table. The girl at the register seemed smug. Not very friendly. Pizza was good and the pazzo (i think it's called) was really good as well. You get your own drinks and go to the counter to order so I'm not sure why they ask for tips. 2 drinks, pazzo and small pizza (only size offered) was almost $40. Pricing is kind of high.

we walked into the restaurant and had to wait several minutes to be seated. Nobody greeted us during that time and we stood there somewhat confused. The staff seemed unexcited to be there. All the tables were dirty but the restaurant was relatively empty. The food was good but nothing special. The Caesar salad Was almost perfect but drenched in dressing which made it hard to finish. The croutons were my favorite part of the meal which is not a good sign. I asked for recommendations from the staff on which pizza was a must try and received eight recommendations. Confident recommendation of one or two things is always preferred. If someone is asking for recommendations they're obviously trying to narrow down Their decisions be recommended half of the menu. I ordered the rocket. The flavors just didn't work well. The crust was relatively flavorless. There was no charring on the crust which I expect from woodfired pizza. It was overly salty from the prosciutto and bitter from the arugula This pizza could benefit from an added sweetness like a balsamic glaze drizzle. Seem to have a bit of an attitude and acted like he was put out by having to give a recommendation. This attitude seem to trickle down to the staff. If nothing changed this would not be a place I would be interested in visiting again. if I were the owner I would change my attitude when interacting with guests and higher people who were excited to be there.

Pizza is good servers are attentive and nice. The 2 owners that work there are not welcoming. There not people persons. Not a good vibe from them

The atmosphere is great, and the ambiance is very nice. The food is good overall, although the chicken was not made to perfection—it was both soft and hard at the same time. I felt the menu could be more versatile; adding more options would be a better choice.
