My husband and I used Pint & Slice's upstairs rental room for our wedding rehearsal dinner and we're so glad we did! We were able to book the space ahead of time and provide our order via email. The staff introduced themselves so we knew who our point of contact was and all the food was ready right on time. There was something everyone enjoyed (we even got a GF and vegan cheese pizza for those with dietary restrictions) and the pizza, salad, and drinks went quickly. The staff was super accommodating (even on a really busy day) and we were even able to add a couple pizzas last-minute when we realized how quickly our guests were smashing the ones we previously ordered. We will obviously keep stopping in for slices and pies, but would recommend anyone to book the room for your special event as well!
I can’t believe I am even about to say this as this has always been my favorite pizza place for well over a decade, but the last few times I have been here or ordered on doordash the food has been awful compared to what it used to be. I don’t know if ownership/management changed, or if they decided to change recipes (which if that’s the case, that was the worst move ever) but it has become one of my least favorite locally owned pizza places in Fort Wayne. The food is mid at best, sometimes worse. In the past I’ve been used to having to wait a little while when ordering a full pizza, but two hours now? Absolutely insane. The last few times I almost left if it hadn’t been for the fact I already paid for the food. Though I should’ve because for the amount that I paid for it, it’s nowhere near worth it. I’ve had better pizza from Dominos. All in all, this is the most tragic change I have ever seen at a restaurant. Makes me wish I had a time machine to go back to experience what it used to be like, at least one time.

Went for a Bday party. As the name indicates, a pizza and beer place. I'm not a big pizza guy, but it was good and the brew selection was better than I expected.
Parking: Just 1 short block from big parking garage.

A group of 7 of us went last night. The service was very slow. A party of 2 in our group waited over an hour after placing their order and when we asked how long until the order was ready, it hadn't even been made. I tipped them when our order was placed but didnt receive the service for the tip I gave them. We won't be back nor recommend this place. Very poor management.

Pizza was really good. I really liked the art on the wall inside the place, added a little bit more personality to the restaurant. Workers were in a great mood and they seemed to get along in the back over there. I’m coming back for sure.
Parking: You won’t find parking in the front of the restaurant. Maybe 1 spot but if that’s taken up you must find another parking spot on a different street.

New to Fort Wayne and ordered a pick up order. Repeated it twice to the guy on the phone he repeated it back. He said 140. Was the total and tried to charge my card if failed. So I told him my son is coming. My son took my card and went to pick up the food. They charged my son "a mandatory 18% gratuity". My son came home and the order was not correct. I called and the guy on the phone said that's what my receipt says and the gratuity is mandatory. I then went online and added up the items that I ordered they came out to the original total. Minus the pizza that was missing it was 23.00 dollars less. So I was shortchanged a pizza and overcharged 23 dollars. Plus I was forced to pay an extra 18 percent without being told.
I don't know the owner so I will not talk about them but the workers that were on shift on Friday September 27 2024 are unethical and disrespectful.
Good luck I lost 160 dollars today but you all lost a potential customer.
Update:
If you would like to make it right let's go through my bill. Charge me the correct amount and refund the money I didn't agree to.

Quite a nice place! A good pizza-beer-talk combination. I would like the jars to be glass, but everything can be to go. I would come back again!

We were in on a Sunday afternoon and grabbed a pizza, salad, and gluten free grinder to go. The staff was great, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was ready in a timely manner. The food was delicious! If we're ever in Fort Wayne again, we will definitely be back!
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free pizza, grinders, and brownies available.

I have been going here for 15 years. Today they messed up my order and didnt offer me a refund or to fix it. I wont be going back there until they get better staff that realize what customer service is.

Drove 30 minutes to find out they were not making whole pizzas.....it was two hours before closing. Pizza they had were plain Jane pizza. Plus, there wasn't even enough to make a whole pie. If they are making by the slice, why couldn't they make a whole pizza?

I didn't eat here but my friends love this place. We stopped in for a drink before going to a Tincaps game. Nice atmosphere, cute little place on the corner. Would definitely go back if we are ever in the area again!!
