Abreu's Venezuelan Cuisine

Absolutely delicious food and very good prices for what you get! Highly recommend!

I've only eaten Abreu's food at Brunch on Barr during the Saturday farmers' market. It was incredible! I was told the business uses the kitchen at the old Venice Restaurant on Goshen Road, but I don't know if that means they only do carry out or actually serve customers at that location. I WILL find out, because the Venezuelan food they serve is definitely cravable. The crew on the truck on Saturday is professional and personable, and the food is top-notch. From the first bite, I fell for the incredible food. It was so memorable that the next Saturday, I bypassed all the other food trucks, which are all excellent, to find Abreu's. I look forward to going to the market this coming Saturday for one reason; to get food from Abreu's. This is possibly the best food in Fort Wayne, and I, for one, is extremely happy the crew has brought Venezuelan food to Fort Wayen

My boyfriend and I went here and enjoyed the food immensely! They have both vegetarian and vegan options available. I had the vegetarian arepa and it was some of the best vegetarian food I’ve had in Fort Wayne. My boyfriend had a chicken arepa and he absolutely loved it. He hates bean but loved the way they prepared theirs. I hate guacamole but loved their version of it!

What an amazing place! I tried their cachapas (sweet corn pancake with cheese) and it was the perfect combination of salty and sweet. Will definitely be back to sample the rest of the menu!

Consistently delicious, every time! We love the sifrina, both in arepa and pabellon form! The caraotas are so flavorful. My husband says “they’re fire!” Lol. We are big fans of the guasacaca on all the arepas…and when they serve empanadas on special, my absolute favorite food on earth is the domino version!

Absolutely amazing Venezuelan food!! My husband and I stopped by for dinner tonight and the food we had was wonderfully delicious! I had a beef arepa and he had the beef and cheese cachapas, both were delightful in every bite. We also tried the papelon juice and the cheese sticks and both were SO good! If you're ready to give your taste buds a thrill-this is definitely the place to come! The service was excellent too, everything was ready fast and to perfection! We are definitely already craving more!!

Is it a fancy restaurant? No. The building is old, the light fixtures are fluorescent tubes, the floor a basic vinyl and the food is served in styrofoam boxes. If you’re looking for fancy, this isn’t it.But if fancy is what you need from a restaurant I don’t think you deserve to experience this place. The food is as authentic as it comes, the flavors are full and fresh! I dare you to not melt when you try their fresh cilantro avacado dip (guasacaca). The plantains are served hot, delicious, and fresh.The staff is over the top nice too!Be warned, their hours are odd, so check before heading in.. but please, head in!

I had chicken arepas, it was absolutely delicious. The sauces served with were also delicious. Very pleased and would highly recommend!!! The service was fast and very kind. Made our anniversary date extra special.

This place is so good. The flavors are amazing! Nothing compares. And staff are so kind & they’re passionate about their food and culture. A great little restaurant.
