i waited on hold for 20 minutes. when they did answer the I could hear talking in the background for about 5 seconds then they hung up. By then it was after 430 so it went to voice mail

Nobody has a clue,obviously zero training or accountability

I took an appeal for my coverage being taken to the office SPECIFICALLY so that they would have it on time. The gal at the desk who helped me apparently DIDN'T EVEN PUT IT IN THE SYSTEM, and I found out when I called to check on my appeal and they had already closed my case entirely. Do your jobs. I now can't get medication that I NEED because I can't afford to pay because even if I GoodRX it, it's $150. God help me. YOU did this to me. Not this administration. Your workers being subpar and not doing their literal jobs.

The kicker: They told me I made too much and that was why I lost. I looked at the month that they specifically said influenced their decision, and that month was STILL under the limit. When I brought it up they REFUSED to tell me what fake number they were seeing for my income, or how they suddenly got the estimation of me making $2000 a month when I have regularly been making $1600 MAX pre-tax.

They sent me a letter saying my assets disqualified me from getting Medicare, like I always have. My social security benefits are not as much as they claim, they even have my Income statement from SS, showing the actual amount. They made ridiculous claims about what my old van is worth. I don't even have the van anymore. I get small SS benefit amount and they're taking almost half of it for 2 Medicare payments. They don't care that I won't have enough left to pay rent or bills. I have to wait 14 days for them to make a decision. They make mistakes with no accountability. I have to cancel my insurance thanks to their mistake because I can't afford it.

Disgusting behavior towards people they are supposed to be helping.

This whole place is a joke. The government should be embarrassed by their programs. They can’t even keep paperwork straight. They constantly have typos and errors. No one knows what they are doing. One person says this, another says that. Not to mention everyone who works there is miserable. They don’t care about people, if they did they would fix the system and look at how inflation is hurting people.

I’m not understanding how they can mess this up so bad…My benefits were sent on a card to a family member of mine who has never even applied.They said to use the benefits that were sent in my family member’s nameWe go to use said benefits and apparently they had sent it on a deactivated card that didn’t have the ability to be activated.They claim they called to fix itI’ve never received a call from themI’m not understanding how you can mess up that badly.

I wish there are Negative Stars to rate them, honestly, I am rating the person who work there, a place has nothing to do with it, when you hired unprofessional worker for the role of servicing people, it affects the company and everyone in it, just because of one person, it affects all the other professional workers, this negative rating awards go to Unprofessional worker “SHANITA”. Hopefully you are enjoying your new year serving your company and family with unprofessional work that you do, may your 2024 year teach you something new. May god give you the ability to serve more people unprofessionally. You have a fantastic 2024 year.

They don’t care until you’re dead or suicidal. Husband has a broken ankle, found out when his insurance card didn’t work that they sent us a card for him but yet never gave him insurance. Hmm. He works the only hours they’re open and he loses his job if he takes off from work, they also don’t provide work notes so I hope you don’t need your job!! He makes way under the maximum & drives our only transport so it’s not like I can get a job to. We have 2 kids, can’t afford a babysitter, & much good getting daycare vouchers does you if you can get them until you have a job, then you have to wait for it to be approved, then good luck getting in because the waitlist is 6+ months long at any place that takes them! I’m fighting left & right for my disability but because I have no way back and forth to my appointments I can’t get approved since I don’t get preventative care! My husband has filed THREE authorized representative forms but magically they don’t have any on file, you can’t bring it in to have it filed, it still takes 7-10 days, then you STILL have to wait for it to be “approved” (why THEY get to decide if someone can be YOUR AR is beyond me). So meanwhile my husband has to pay a bill from a hospital that has already sued him because this isn’t the first time they’ve done this & he keeps getting nailed with hospital bills when he was supposed to have insurance coverage, that we can’t afford to pay because they say he makes 300 less then the income max, but that’s for 40 hours and he’s only promised 35 so he actually makes about 750 less, which is a whopping 180 less then we spend on bills a month! They give us a whopping 370 a month in food stamps for a 2 month old, a 3 year old, a 20 year old breastfeeding mom, and a 29 year old working man, which barely lasts us 3 weeks, god forbid a month! I can’t explain how many meals I have SKIPPED despite the fact I BREASTFEED MY DAUGHTER and HAVE to have a SOLID HIGH PROTEIN DIET in order to produce enough milk for her!! I have to get donations of milk from a mom friend of mine who had her daughter a month before I had mine in order to feed her!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!!!!

This woman “”””””””Shanitha”””””””””, she like to make people living harder than it already is, I told her my dad can’t read or write, and told her that my dad can’t see, she connected a interpreter to speak with my dad i connected my dad with her and the translator, she asked my dad if my dad allows me to speak regarding his case, my dad said “Yes” than she started asking bunch of Bullcrap. Asking my dad to read out his address, he could read out cause he can’t see, plus he can’t read, she wouldn’t allow me to help him say. I submitted authorized representative form, I submitted and in the FSSA PORTAL, it says already processed, they already Accepted the forms I submitted, and today I called………….That “”””””girl Shanitha”””””””” answered again, she won’t let me speak, “””””Shanitha””””””

First of all, my address was changed without my authorization to an address I’ve NEVER heard of, and so my insurance was terminated. I’m a Type One Diabetic who needs insurance to LIVE. So I went to the FSSA office to get it taken care of, and while there I overheard a woman who was sobbing and saying her benefits were canceled on a mistake made by FSSA, not her, and she had no way to feed her kids that evening. This poor woman was a wreck and the ladies in the office were not even trying to help this woman. So the woman leaves the office and hits the wall on the way out (out of frustration) and the office women working for FSSA LAUGHED AT THIS WOMAN. Laughed at her when she was begging and pleading and sobbing that she did not know how to feed her kids, and your employees are goong to LAUGH at this woman? Just disgusting and anyone working on 10/11 around 3-4pm should be ashamed of themselves.

Been waiting on them to fix there errors when it comes to keeping my health coverage, they tell me I’ll hear back from them within 28-48 hours and not one time do I get a call back or issue fixed and this has been now 4 weeks waiting to get my health coverage back and I have a spine injury to the L5-Si.So I’m very much in pain and wanna die but they aren’t trying to hurry at all.
