Second visit. 1st was great, this time not so great. My filet should have never made it to the grill. It was unseasoned and dry like it had been frozen. No manager stopped by to apologize. I ending up paying for a steak I couldn’t eat. I won’t order it a third time. Baked potato just comes with sour cream and butter. How about bacon, cheese and chives? The rigatoni was great though.

Celebrated our wedding anniversary here and it was a lovely experience.
The hostess was courteous and let us pick whichever table was most comfortable for us. Our server, Rachel, welcomed us and asked if we were there to celebrate a special occassion and congratulated us. She explained the menu well and was attentive to our needs, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The dining room is beautiful with an intimate and elegant atmosphere, high-end textures and materials, soft-ambient lighting, and premium tableware.
We had the french-onion soup, ribeye steak, lasagna, tiramisu, and they were delicious. I ordered my ribeye steak to be medium-rare and it really was medium-rare - and tender and flavorful. My wife was offered the option of a side or corner slice lasagna and if she wanted the outer crust to be crispy - she picked a crispy corner slice and it was crispy, rich, and creamy. For dessert, we were presented with a celebration dessert along with a congratulatory card signed by the staff - we picked the tiramisu and it was smooth with a nicely balanced flavor and made in-house too.
While enjoying our dinner, I noticed one of the staff cleaning and setting up the tables for the next guests. He laid out the cutlery nicely, lined up the chairs straight side-by-side, and brushed the seat cushions to make sure they were clean, without creases, and the fabric pile all in one consistent direction.
While it is an upscale restaurant, we were comfortable dining at Amore. The little details I noticed and mentioned above certainly made it a personal and classy experience as well.
Excellent team and operation. Great value for fairly-priced quality food. We will definitely come back and bring along friends next time.

I'll start with the good. Our server was excellent. She knew the menu well and had great suggestions, from cocktails all the way through to dessert. The focaccia was really good, as was the braised beef and the molten chocolate cake with the olive oil gelato. And the fries. Very yummy.
Now the bad and not so good. We wanted to go someplace nice to celebrate our 40th anniversary. (Which I mentioned when I made the reservation.) We decided to try Amore. We had a very early reservation. (5:00) When we arrived there were two or three other tables occupied, but the hostess seated us right by a serving station, and then proceeded to make some noise. I could tell that this wasn't going to be a pleasant place to sit, and asked if we could be seated somewhere else. She said that they had a lot of reservations, and, obviously annoyed, came back and offered us a spot that she said was by the other cabinet the servers use. After we mentioned that we also had a reservation, she disappeared and came back offering us a different table.
The calamari was okay. Some of the pieces could have done with a little longer in the fryer. The breading wasn't quite crisp and was a little soft. The mussels weren't bad, but they could have been better. They were billed as being in a tomato fennel broth with calabrian chili butter, but the calabrian chili overpowered every other flavor, including the mussels.
Based on tonight's visit, a return visit is a maybe, leaning toward probably not.

First time here and we had such a wonderful time! Food was great — we got the braised short rib, filet, spinach, and chop salad. And you HAVE to get the Chocolate Creme Brûlée and Olive Oil & Sea Salt Gelato… Best pairing for dessert! Dawn, Krysten, and Gerelle were amazing and so kind to us. We can’t wait to come back!
Brianna was fantastic. The food was the same. Had a wonderful experience!!

We had a large party for a birthday celebration. The service was great, super friendly, a bit slow, but expected for a large party on a Saturday night. Food is always good, the apps are my favorite. The tiramisu was delicious, perfect coffee flavor. Overall, a great experience. They even ended the meal with a birthday card for me signed by the staff which I thought was a very sweet and surprising touch that I appreciated.

We visited here on our first date night since bringing home our new baby and it was exactly what we needed! Our server was incredible and made us feel so relaxed and welcome. She was super knowledgeable and guided us to making the right choices. She recommended the margarita and it was absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced. We got the focaccia and oil and it was perfect. The Lasagna was the best we’ve ever had! We can’t wait to come back.

Our waitress was great! Down to earth and accommodating. From the focaccia to the pasta everything was delicious! Our daughter ordered the lasagna and they let her choose if she wanted an edge piece or center. We will definitely be going back.

Our first time and forgot to take pics, beautiful restaurant, very upscale and modern. Had a new item not on menu yet but hopefully will be, fried risotto balls( OMG amazing). Wife had Lasagna which was the best she ever had, Homemade pasta, pork and ground beef with a white wine sauce topped with whipped Ricotta. I had the fried Cod which also quite good and came with cole slaw, homemade tarter sauce and fries( also choices for dipping sauce for fries) and malt vinegar. We will definitely be back for a dinner. JT was an incredible server and very attentive .

We had the best experience thanks to Sydney! She was welcoming from the moment we sat down and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. She was attentive without being overbearing, had great menu suggestions, and kept such a positive, upbeat energy. It’s clear she genuinely enjoys what she does. We’ll definitely be back and asking for her!
Top notch all around! From the hostess, to the environment, the music, the drinks, appetizer, entrees and desserts. And, best of all, our server JT was simply amazing. Knowledgeable, loves her job, attentive and sweet. Definitely will return.
