Had a previous issue, had a follow up call. Come back into get food and service. Ken the GM, made things right!!! Much appreciated, will be back

Terrible place. Everytime I order either in person or DoorDash I’m missing 1 or multiple times. In person at least they can fix it. Before I hear it’s the dasher fault, it’s not. It’s Applebees. Years ago I used to love this place but it just keeps going down hill and I’m done.

Applebee's used to be my favorite restaurant when I was younger they're not bad They just like most restaurants they're understaffed then if they're not understaffed they don't have the right people working for them that Junior week cares about the customers or the restaurant then have any bad service the waiter he was good food wasn't bad I'm just not impressed with Applebee's but it was a last option

I usually have a good time here but today was a mess! I wasn’t checked on at all while having my meal so we never got refills and I didn’t get the chance to tell them that they not only messed up my order but that they completely forgot about our table’s appetizers.

Went with my kids for Veterans Day. Took 30 minutes to get our drinks, that’s not an exaggeration I looked at the time. The server was nice but did a terrible job. The busser came to our table and sat down his jacket and left it on one of our chairs, then came back and sat his rag down on our table and pulled his phone out and started texting. I took a picture of him, I wish I could post it here. My food came out about 5 minutes after my boys. The server never checked on us, and when I asked for the check I told her about the busser and showed her the picture I took. She couldn’t get us out of there fast enough and did nothing to try to fix the situation.

To go order gone wrong. Arrived at correct time, 14 min later no ability on app to say I'm here, no one ever came out. 3 cars and myself had to go inside to get our orders. Once inside waited another 10 min for someone to help us. Finally got order 20 min later than told, checked order (just a trio app) they didn't include cheese for pretzels. Waited another 10 minutes for that. Still no apologies. Of course by time I get back to the hotel, its all cold. Reheated it only to find they gave me marinara instead of salsa for the chicken quesadilla. 2 sides of regular ranch instead of the mex ranch asked for, and no silverwear when requested. At a hotel here...
Tried calling twice, no answer. So TIRED of wasting money. It's NOT complicated. It was ONE appetizer!! All this trouble asking for ONE appetizer?!? So now I have cold food, no sauces to match foods, no silverwear to eat it and no one answers the phone. Would you return?!? On top of that, its a MONDAY!! All of 7 tables in the restaurant at this time!!

We really enjoyed our meal from Applebee’s. The customer service was excellent! The manager, I believe Ken was his name, showed genuine concern and made sure my daughter’s allergies were accommodated for. We truly appreciate the great customer service and we will definitely be back! 🙌🍽️

Waited nearly 30m for drinks. An hour for appetizers and our food came out at all different time. Even sides. Waiting for completly BURNT chicken and they didn't take it off after asking. They only gave us a discount due to the time wait. Server was HIGH and smelled like weed, just bad service. Shania was our server. Very slow.

I ordered delivery from Applebee's and only received half of my order. Not only didn't I get a refund but I got dry stall food. It tasted like it sat on a counter for 2 days.

Service was slowwww and food wasn’t hot once it got to me , table was still dirty when I walked in and even the menus and my gf got pasta and it tasted like throw up, also they charged me for lemonade and I didn’t get it bcus they was out , they was out of broccoli and squash
