Applebee's Grill + Bar

I ordered for curbside to go through the website. It was my cousins birthday and I wanted to treat her for the day. When I got there it was apparent they were busy, I waited 15-20min in the curbside spot but no one brought the food out. Honestly it wasn’t a problem at that point I ran in to grab the order. My order was missing the sides for every entree. The wings weren’t the right flavor and our drinks were the only thing correct. I called as soon as I got home so that I could run back and have it corrected. I was put on hold twice for more than 40 minutes. When the young women finally picked back up she told me there was nothing she could do tonight and hung up she was pretty rude about it and didn’t let me get a word in. I called the very next morning and spoke to Molly a manager at Applebees she was absolutely a pleasure to speak with. She reassured me that she would remake the entire order and apologized for what happened the previous night. I asked her that if I called later tonight if I would be able to pick up my order around the same time I did the previous night due to the fact thats when I get off work she said that would be perfectly fine. I called the same day at around 6:30 to reorder and the same women from the night before had picked up and she was extremely rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. At first I was told the manager on duty “didn’t do remakes” I asked to speak to him instead she told me to call back in an hour. I called back an hour later and was told he was busy and couldn’t come to the phone to call back in another hour. I told her I didn’t appreciate the way she was speaking to me, I asked again can I please speak to the manager and she hung up. I called back again and when I asked for the manager she told me she didn’t have a manager so no I couldn’t speak to him. Even though earlier she had told me to call back, I asked her name and she said she didn’t have to give it to me, and didn’t care if I complained because she wouldn’t be fired anyways. I just wanted my order remade correctly, I didn’t expect to be treated that way multiple times by the same person. I make it to work and occasionally have time to stop for dinner on the way home with it being a special occasion the other night I just wanted to fret her and myself the best way I could and it was disappointing to have to go through all that multiple times when I was told it would be fine.

We waited 25+ mins for our bar drink order
(which we canceled after watching the bartender stand around avoiding our drink ticket) the server was nice about it but it then took another 45 mins to get our food. I reminded the server that being under staffed is expected right now however when the staff you have is standing around doing nothing. That’s doesn’t help. We will not be back.

DO NOT EAT HERE! The Applebees corporation needs to remove their name from this place! One server working during lunch! No bartender, no host, no manager. I straight up walked to the back of the kitchen and saw one cook talking to another worker, not cooking or working just chatting it up and laughing. I yelled, hey y’all wanna work, and the cook laughed and said “not really” and laughed some more. Every single table was looking around for a server. One guy sat at the bar waiting to be serverd. After I sat there for 5-8 min is when I went to the kitchen, then I just left. This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this place, and every single time I go there I tell myself I’m not coming back.

Coleone D. Did a good job as our server how ever he had to help other servers. Food was slow to arrive and was a little light on size it did taste good . It was not busy server kept telling us kitchen staff called in.

Coleone was absolutely AMAZING! We goofed around doing music and guess my age trivia (WHICH HE NAILED BOTH!) He was professional, funny, and the best server we have had at this location in the 20 years we have frequented this location. Thank you for making my Valentines night out with my girls so memorable!

Food was ok. We had a to go order and waited in the designated spot for 20 mins past the time the food should have been ready. We also added a tip. No one came out. My husband had to go in and pick up the order. No apology or anything.

Every time I eat there it’s never busy maybe 10/12 tablesand it always takes 30 to45 minutes to get food and waiting to get seated at times is ridiculous cause they don’t have enough severe they make you wait like someone must leave before they seat people leave all the time because the wait to get seated is on called for this place loses money because it’s not manage correctly

This location is terrible! They lock the doors before hours before actual closing time…while people are inside eating. I do believe this is not only poor business but also a fire hazard!

Ribs tasted so great, especially with my favorite asian sweet chili sauce! Fries are the best! 👌 The server was so nice, and she knew what to do. They serve fast too, so we didn't wait long. I liked the atmosphere. This is one of my favorite restaurants to dine in. 😉😋

Usually i don’t write reviews but today I just felt that the service was very off. Our server was nice at first then out of nowhere before we got the food he stopped serving our table without telling us or anyone and we were just waiting for nothing and it was getting late and I feel like waiting one hour for our food isn’t reasonable when there are 7 servers and 5 tables and we thought it might’ve been us that upset him however I highly doubt that since we were respectful to him just very questionable service

uhmm?? took a very long time, we lowkey felt neglected. I’ve been here before but never had such a bad experience than today. the food was cold and took way longer than expected and yet barely anyone was dining in. our waitress wasn’t as attentive. some of the food was incorrect and missing items. we were kind of ignored compared to everyone else and waited basically an hr for food. shout out to that one lady waitress tho! she was more attentive than our actual waiter. 😓
