Please don't bother wasting your time here. This is the most disgusting applebees I've ever ordered food from. My order was $100. $20 tip and all the food was nasty and old. My fettuccine was MUSH and tasted like pasty glue. I'll never eat at this one ever again!

I don’t know why I keep going back to this establishment. My bill was over $70 for curbside. I was on time. The soup was still cold in the middle and it appears half my chicken Caesar salad must have fallen on the floor because there was nothing in the bowl. I struggle to give a tip when they can’t even fulfill the order properly. They ask if we want silverware we respond yes and then there’s no silverware. Again I don’t know why I keep going back.

Free veterans' day meal. Was good . Charged me .50cents for an extra honey mustard sauce for six chicken tenders....now u know one isn't going to work. Other than that all went well.

We went tonight before Komets game, told the wait was an hour and got sat about 15 minutes later. Kitchen was very behind and severely understaffed, service wasn’t horrible but we were only checked on about 3 times. Took 45 minutes for our appetizers and about an hour for the meal. I give grace as it was apparent they weren’t operating at the best of their abilities. They party next to us had been there for a while and had gotten their food and all of a sudden a woman started yelling at the top of her lungs at the manager, who had an apron on and seemed to be the one making all the food, that there food was cold and that she was not paying for it. Another person in the party started crying out of embarrassment. When they left the woman began flipping plates and cussing and shouting as she walked out. I don’t care how upset you are at your service that is the most disrespectful thing I have ever seen especially working in the restaurant industry. The manager was very level headed and kept his cool.

We have the $9.99 special with the bacon cheeseburger and bottomless fries with drink. Most of the bacon was not cooked it was raw. Especially on my partners bacon cheeseburger. We had asked for hot fries-they were warm. When I asked about the bottomless fries she would have to ask her manager she came back about 10 minutes later with a plate of hot fries that my partner and I shared.

An absolutely terrible experience. I would not recommend this location to anyone period under any circumstance. We sat down for nearly fifteen min no silverware no drink no server. She than shows up takes drink order leaves comes back leaves drinks and leaves again. Comes back takes order leaves needed refills, she stands off to the side and all the servers in the store are congregated having non work related conversation. Finally flagged down one server she comes and try to locate our server at this point I've had enough. Go to leave offer to pay the drinks workers say not to worry about it. Almost out the door and a lady says she is the manager walks me to the back to pay for drinks and than the real manager comes out and tells me not to worry about it. Save yourself the time this location is trash. Highly overstaffed and unprofessional for such trash service. On the way out the table beside me who ordered before me mentioned they had not even been given their drinks yet an had already ordered food.

I usually don't share much but this time it just wasn't good. The waiter, Rod, disappeared after the food came out, which everyone's dish was cold. Also charged for extras that he said would be at no extra. I noticed another customer had to go to the bar to get his bill. Overall not a good experience for the amount I was charged.
