Food was pretty standard for Applebees. Took us half an hour to get our drinks to our table. Food took over 2 hours to get to our table because the waitress jasmine forgot to put our order in to the kitchen. When the manager Jimmy was made aware of the situation instead of resolving it or offering any help he told us he was going to call the cops on us after. Management and staff Is a joke at this location and Applebees needs to take a serious look at personal training.

If there was a choice to put a zero i would. I have never been more disappointed in coming here than i did tonight. i have worked in the food industry before so i get it when you are overwhelmed and short staffed, but to lie straight to my face and tell me my food will be couple more minutes then proceeded to wait almost 2 hours to even be told that our order wasn’t put it. And then we didn’t get our carry out order. Last time i will be coming here.

We ordered through the app for a door dash delivery. It was picked up, never delivered. Door dash wouldn't help but the store manager made a 2nd order and brought it to us on his way home. We know he added a few stars in his crown today, even brought us a few dessert! Much appreciated from out of town guests at hospital with a sick child. Thank you!

Bartender was very nice and all the workers as well
The restaurant was not very busy but they were severely understaffed because we waited 15 mins for our drinks and 45 mins for our food. (The family next to us left due to waiting an hour & not getting thier food yet). Also, the bar drink I ordered did not taste like any alcohol was used & I said something to the waitress. She came back & said they did put the alcohol in the drink. I ordered a shot to add to the drink & the price of the shot was more than the drink itself!! The only positive thing is the food we ordered was decent.
