Me & my gf ordered carry out. We got there she gets out to go pick up our food. She comes out tells me a black worker with dreads started hitting on her to the point she was uncomfortable. She said he walks up behind her gets so close to her ear he whispers she can literally feel his breathe!! I call to speak to a manager name Mathew he told me he would talk to his boss & call me back the next day & NEVER called me back! We will never go to that place again. What kind of business have workers invading their customers space! She even told him she has a girlfriend!! Unprofessional to the max!!! To not even reach back out makes the situation even worse!!! I will be contacting someone hire up!

Arrived to eat with my wife. Had to wait 5min to even see the bartender she was just MIA. Then we placed our order and drinks in at the same time. My wife ordered a burger and I order chicken tender plater tossed in HONEY PEPPER CHICKEN. Our food came out and my wife’s food was correct my tenders were tossed in BBQ. After waiting 30min for my food it was wrong all because the kitchen does read the ticket fully they just see honey and assume so because of waiting 30min for my food to be wrong I didn’t have time to eat with my wife

Ordered online for carside pickup. Arrived at 5:25pm for 5:31pm pickup waited until 5:45 and walked in to get my food since it was prepaid. Three employees sitting and talking while my food was in a bag on the counter.

After a 20 min wait and 50 mins at the table with no food we had to get up and leave. AWESOME service for a Veterans day meal (sarcasm)! Next time leadership (lack of) needs to have more staff for such an event. Will not be back!

Came here for lunch with my son who is a veteran , met 2 other veterans who came in when we did. After ordering our food, we sat for 48 minutes waiting on our food to show up. People came in 20 minutes after us got their food before us. When we finally got our food. It was cold. The veterans sitting across from us who came in with us, also their food was cold as well. The service was horrible. Our waitress disappeared for a long period of time we couldn’t get refills if you’re going to treat our veterans like this then why are you even bother having free meal days? It was horrendous to be treated this way and to see others being treated this way. I will not waste my time on coming back to this Applebee’s ever again.

Couldn’t eat pickle fries due to the grease content, chicken parm fettuccine was very clearly microwaved based on the burning hot plate and rock hard chicken. On top of this had to eat meal basically dry because we had to wait 25 minutes for a refill. Tomato soup was the only good thing from this visit. Spent $35+ for 3 bites of my entree and a small soup.
Has the grilled cheese burger was pretty good. I think the lighting could be brighter, I like the dim but could be a touch brighter.
