I had the Whiskey Bacon burger. The BBQ sauce was great, just not enough. The onion rings seemed to overshadow the rest of the flavor. I would order again with extra sauce.Everyone was nice & my drink never went empty. That is a big plus for me.

Horrible experience.Seated in the bar area with children even though there was plenty of open seating in the restaurant.Waitress didn't check on our table at all. Refills didn't happen and dirty dishes were left to stack up.Food came out cold. Obviously sitting for a long time. Your award winning wings sucked. My wife's bread stick came out black and was rock hard.Both paper towel dispensers in the men's room where not working.We had ants running across our table during dinner.When I finally got my food I ate alone because my family was finished.

Walked in at 7:30 pm on Wed evening. No greeting or acknowledgement. Sat at bar rail for over 5 minutes with no sight of bar tender. Got up and walked out and still no acknowledgement from any staff. Probably will never go back to this location.

The greeter was amazing! The server was good, but busy with so many tables. There was only 3 tables taken and it took 25-35 min to get our food during lunch time. The food came out and it was honestly horrible!! This was my first bad experience with Applebee's. The lettuce was Browning and was soggy. I got a quesadilla burger and the tortilla bun was only half toasted and the bottom tortilla bun was soggy. The hamburger tasted like it was frozen and quickly thawed. The fries looked, tasted, and felt like they were fried then cooled then fried again. The food just sucked! It's like they don't go through their food and toss the old food. I feel like they don't label their food with dates like they are supposed to. The place was clean and the host/greeter was amazing but that's the only good things. I wish I would have just went to get fast food and saved my money. I was a servicer, manager, host, cook, and bar tender in my twenties and I know my way around a restaurant and with a big name like Applebee's I expected better. It's a shame but the good news is that it can't be worse then it was today so if I decide to go back it can only be better but I don't know if it's worth the gamble with the average bill for 3 people being $60 after tax.

I ordered a prime rib dipper for DoorDash to deliver with a raspberry iced tea and a ranch dressing on the side. The bill came to $32 with a five dollar tip because I believe in taking care of good service.The order was delivered. Five minutes later than suggested, the driver handed me a bag and ran off because he did not understand English. Once I was inside my hotel room, I learned there was no beverage and no ranch dressing. I took the cover off the Ajou sauce, and it was so ice cold that the Beef fat that was in the sauce coagulated onto the bottom of the top cover. There’s no way this was warm when the DoorDash driver picked it up. Gross. I ordered french fries too, and there was no ketchup packets in the bag.I reached out to the DoorDash driver, but no response.How can a customer get a refund For undelivered items, to reduce the tip that was generously given and abused. And maybe even an apology for such poor food, quality and service that’s an extension of Applebee’s representation.

Rib tips and fries were great. I wanted a glass of wine to go with after visiting a friend in a hospital close by, but they were out of the kind I wanted. I wasn't happy, but ordered a different one. The waitress notified me the cost was higher. I asked to be comped the difference, and she said she couldn't. I changed my drink to water. If this is corporate or store policy it's stupid. I thought about dessert too, and prolly would have gotten it after a glass or two, but was so annoyed I didnt. What a dumb way to lose $$$.

They were out of 4 different things we tried to order. We had to get up to ask our waitress to get things. She was working 3-4 tables but was busy sitting at a table talking with a friend and looking at their phones most of the time. Had to ask for our 1st drinks that were sitting at the bar for 5 minutes. We had to get up to ask to get refills while we waited over 20 minutes to get salads. Food was ok, but didn't come out together and had to wait for sides to come out later.

All you can eat was not what I expected. Small portions, always having to ask for more!! You can really ware out a waitress that way. My opinion is give the waitress a break and serve about 15 shrimp instead of 6. Same thing with the other 2 choices on the all you can eat order !!!
