Went here for brunch with a friend. The setting and decor was absolutely beautiful. I'm not sure if they were just having an off day, but the service was terrible...seemingly for everyone...we both started with a coffee and the server came back ask what we had order about 10-15 minutes later. When she came back she only brought one coffee. After more time, I had asked about at other coffee and the server cut me off to say they were backed up. Our food came out really slowly and after multiple groups that order after us. The food was fine. But honestly the whole experience left me less than excited.
Update: We were here a for a work group lunch. We thought the restaurant was gorgeous and so thoughtfully designed. Our server Yaya was wonderful. But we were collectively in agreement about the food being about at 3/5. The coffee cafe closes early so we were unable to get new coffee or a pick me up after lunch. The menu from brunch to lunch/dinner doesn't switch until 2 PM which could be fine depending on your group

I'm so sad, I really wanted to like this spot; but unfortunately, it was disappointing. My friend reserved a party for 10 girls to have a dinner together. We all arrived at the same time with the exception of 2-3 girls. We told our server that we'd go ahead and order then the girls who came later will order when they arrived, then she disappeared. The rest of the party appeared 15 mins later, but it took our server 30 mins to bring our drink orders. I will note, there was 3 other tables sitting couples and 4 people sitting at the bar, give or take. She was not the only person serving; there was one other server. But once we got our drinks, we placed our food orders. All of our food orders took over an hour, I understand because we had a big party. But we were just disappointed because all of our food was cold, not warm in the slightest. One of my friends even noted that she had a food allergy, but it was completely disregarded, and she had to send her food back. By that point, her appetite dissipated. I would like to come back some day. I really hope that they'll be more staff to help out.

My friend and I came for brunch and Grace was our waitress. She was exceptional! We got a mimosa and Bloody Mary respectively. I got the French toast bread pudding. and she ordered the Ricotta blueberry pancakes. Everything was delicious. If I had one detraction, which is minor, I was hoping the pancakes had a little more ‘ pop’ of lemon, but were still cooked perfectly! Overall a great dining experience !

Wasn't happy with my experience at all. My assistant and I went for girl dinner which was delicious. The service was not at all what I imagined our evening to be. They seemed short staffed with service and there was an older gentleman tending to tables and greeting guests. He seemed only to tend to patrons he wanted to talk to. No one greeted our table, asked us how our food was, topped our waters, etc. The older gentleman seemed only to prefer bigger parties and waiting on his friends. Extremely disappointing. I felt extremely snubbed, disregarded, and disrespected.

We ate here for an early lunch today and it was excellent. My son got a chicken Caesar salad and I got the breakfast croissant with chicken sausage. Both were delicious and we got some wonderful fries on the side. We both had soft drinks and the bill was a little bit higher than what I would’ve anticipated but I have to say the food was excellent. The service is excellent and we ate outside Under the umbrella and couldn’t have been happier with the experience.

This restaurant is very adorable and well decorated! The convenience of being in our hotel lobby was what made us choose to dine here. The food looked nice, but the taste was just average and a little bland. Considering we were the only patrons in the restaurant (another table left shortly after we were seated), I was surprised how long everything took. I didn’t get my coffee until well after my food was delivered to the table. Our waitress was friendly but seemed a bit distracted, which was surprising as we were literally the only people dining. Great atmosphere but overall, service and food were subpar.

My husband and I had dinner at their in-hotel restaurant for my birthday and it was not the best experience. The server was great but the food was not up to par with the price. I ordered the NY strip medium rare and it came out medium well/well done. The dish came with potatoes which i ate but i did not eat a single piece of steak. We ended up sending the steak back and told the server we would pay for the potatoes. The server returned and told us the manager would only comp half the dish since i ate the potatoes?? (so we would be paying almost $25 for potatoes). When we asked to speak to said manager, we were told no manger was working so that was odd. My husband ordered the margarita pizza which was burnt on the bottom unfortunately but he ate it without complaint. I would definitely expect more from a restaurant such as this.
