Came in and nobody served me guy at drive thru just standing up falling asleep with his phone in his hand had to go back outside and order through the drive thru. I’m never going to this place again.

The food honestly was pretty good, I went at 11:50am it was made pretty fast and correctly for my friend who changed specific things for dietary reasons. The fries were dropped hot and fresh and we were in and out of the drove thru no more than 10 minutes even with pulling our car to the door.

We waited about 8 minutes in drive thru hoping for some fresh food that wasn't even fresh. We had been wanting to try the new Angus steak sandwich only to be disappointed. Bread was super stale like it had been sitting around all day & the fries were pretty hard close to being burnt. I will not be back. I would rather drive several miles to a different Arby's for better food. The employees clearly don't care because they wouldn't send this crap out to their customers.

Despite the challenges of the area, this Arby’s stands out as a well-run establishment. The service is consistently excellent, with staff who are professional and efficient. The restaurant is always clean, and I’ve never encountered any major issues with orders or wait times. The atmosphere is welcoming and well-maintained, making it a solid choice for a quick meal. While there’s always room for improvement, this location does a great job overall.
Ordered this and my son didn’t see it was tan cause we was in a dark room.

Horrible, slow service , I went inside and saw the lady making my sandwich with her bare hands and she caught an attitude. I will never eat here again. I spent 24$ I'm still pissed. I should of gotten my money back.
Went here 09/23 at 5:45 pm. No one at counter for 5 mins. Some training going on which took ALL priority. Food fresh but took 10mins to get. Homeless guy in lobby stealing drinks. He was told not to but not booted. When again manager disappeared he continued to loiter and steal. Worst unprofessional service at Arby's ever.

Wasn't exactly happy about my take out breakfast experience. They were out of sausage, so I had to have bacon on my wrap. I had to pull up and wait for fresh potato cakes, which I didn't mind, but the bag and all of the napkins were covered in grease or something when I got it. Potato cakes were great. The wrap was edible, but not very good, imo.

It would be nice if a restaurant located in a downtown area had the dining room open for people who aren't lazy enough to need a vehicle to get down the street. The drive through was open, so clearly there were at least two people working the restaurant.
I went ahead and filled out the form. I hope to at least get an emailed response back, but I'd love to see action taken.
