Hawaiian fish was tasty. Seems to be getting cheap, filled my drink up with a lot of ice, gave zero ketchup for fries, and gave me only two napkins which were not enough to clean up during/after a meal. It's ok food, but be careful when ordering or they'll pinch pennies which leads to a sub-par experience.
Service was decent. We waited at the window a long time (no cars in front of us)… so when I got my food, I was expecting it to be fresh! Instead I was given cold food. My fries? They were really stale fries. It was nasty. I hate that Arby’s is so expensive yet has the nerve to provide poor food at this location. And the strawberry lemonade didn’t taste like it normally does. The entire experience was just disappointing! Do better Arby’s.

Food won't be available in the morning either, so you're out your money and food. Management will pass the buck because you ordered on the app, and the app only redirects to call the store. Absolute scam, and they know it.Order here and chargeback through your bank. If enough do it, they'll get in trouble with the credit card company and someone that actually has authority in Arby's will finally care.
