Had 2 Mac N Cheese Bites & a pumpkin turn over. Was overcharged for Mac N Cheese Bites so was refunded, but they took off my pumpkin turn over so I didn't even get that. We then had to wait on Mac N Cheese Bites only to get burnt ones. He brought them to us while we were parked & I said what about my pumpkin turn over he said, "Oh, I didn't even know you wanted one." But yet you repeated my order back at the window & my order was right I was just overcharged. I won't be coming back. Customer service sucked. Food sucked.

I'm tired of this location taking one order and completely finishing it before they take the next order and then having you pull forward to wait for your food. I know you are trying to make it appear that you are filling our order in 30 seconds instead of 8 minutes so you can win a competition or meet a goal of the quickest average order time. Also, my sandwich was lukewarm at best while I waited for the potato cakes to be ready. It didn't help that the person who carried out my food to my car had a terrible attitude and made some inappropriate comments to me.

My husband stopped at Arby’s for lunch today, ordered a couple of beef n cheddar’s, jalapeño poppers, fries, pop & an orange shake. Our food was served to us cold. The roast beef was cold on our sandwiches. The fries were cold too.

Where do I begin? No receipt was given to us. Didn't repeat back the order to make sure it was correct. The ladies working the window and in the kitchen were too busy messing around and yelling at each other to the point we could clearly hear them through the closed window. Asked for a #13 and got a #14 instead. No I didn't bother to go back and get it corrected either because with my luck it would take as long as it did for us being the only ones in the drive thru. Service was unprofessional. I've worked in fast food for years, didn't know it was okay to act like hollering monkeys in front of paying customers. Let me know when they are trained better and act more professional. Then maybe I'll come back 👍
