I ordered lunch from here 2 days ago. I got a chicken sandwich with jalapeno poppers instead of fries. When eating my sandwich it just seemed off (kind of fatty and had a weird consistency?) so I only ate half of it. When I tell you that I woke up yesterday morning with the worst case of food poisoning in my life, I’m not kidding. My husband and I ate the same dinner the night before and he was fine; I also didn’t eat breakfast the day before, so I know that it had to be the Arby’s I had at lunch. I don’t usually post reviews but I wanted to share so others could be warned because I wouldn’t wish the last 24 hours on anyone.

Do not come here if you are in a hurry. You can order a water and they will pull you ahead to wait 15-20 minutes. I have all but quit eating Arby’s because of this place. Nobody was in front of me and I only ordered one beef and cheddar classic. Pulled ahead, waited 10 minutes. Sandwich was cold and tasted old

Once a week if I’m lucky or if not so lucky at least once a month I will treat myself to fast food. This is the ONLY dependable place at 7am in the morning that has chocolate shakes. It’s the same nice man every time who takes my order and money, and hands me the good food. I know it doesn’t seem like such a big deal but it is. The potato side is always HOT! And bacon egg and cheese biscuit is always delicious and that damn chocolate shake is exactly what I need after my night shift.

Wonderful experience at the drive- thru on Sunday 10/27/24 at around 7pm. The young lady that took my order and also took my money and handed me the food was an absolute delight. I wish I knew her name so she could be recognized for her exceptional customer service skills and great attitude. Everything tasted great and food was hot.

Howdy duty
At drive through ( on Sunday night at 7:45 pm.) 1 car in front of me. Another car had just ordered. Car in front of me pulled up to order. Car in from of me had to wait until the car in front of them received their order before the car In front of me was able to order. I pulled up to order and was told to wait. I had to wait until the car in front of me received their order and drove off before I could order my food. Person taking the order was very rude.

They still have chicken sandwiches 2/$6. I always like them. And they usually make them fresh to order. I waited a short time and got fresh chicken this visit as well! And of course the curly fries!!
I am not sure why this place is even here, their lobby is NEVER open anymore. On several occasions we have tried to go in and the doors are always locked. No sign on the door and 1 car in the parking lot. Going through the drive through is not an option because the same people who handle your food take the money if there is truly only 1 person there. We now just drive to the one on Lima road and will not stop there anymore after today.

Place is clean and tidy, food is on the better side for Arby's here in Fort Wayne in my opinion. Only issue I've found is that the diner closes an hour earlier than posted both on the doors and online. I came past at 9:30pm and found their outer lights off and their doors closed. A simple change can be made but still bummed me out on the way home.

The evening of 8/31/2024 We stopped to get a drive thru order. The store was out of roast beef, and shakes. The shakes was understandable, since other restaurant shakes are never available, but, how the H3LL does Arby's not have what they're most famous for?

Terry is the best!! I drive over an hour to medical appointments in FW and I always eat at the DuPont Arby’s bc of him. He is efficient, caring and personable. You feel like a person and not the “next customer” in line. Great job!!
