Service was good, food was awful. Cold roast beef sandwich, virtually no chicken on their chicken bacon swiss sandwich (just breading), and cold hard chicken nuggets.

We placed our order for dine in. We got our food in a bag. The pop machine was out. All the condiments except the 3 peppers were out. It was 1130 am and that should have been stocked and ready to go for the lunch rush. Our sandwiches were just thrown together. Some bites were just bread. Our cheese cup was smashed and only filled halfway.
Sat in drive thru forever waiting for our food. Only one in line and only 2 tables in the restaurant had people. So I have no idea what took so long.

Food was good BUT no one greeted us when three employees walked by, dirty drink counter and no ketchup in pump dispenser and a big mess around it. Dirty tables and floors in dining room. All trash cans were overflowing. Bathroom was a mess. At least 4 employees standing around. Another customer ran the bell but no employee said thank you. Where was the manager???
